Verona市内観光の拠点に使えるが、歩くとちょっと遠いかもしれない。（ただ徒歩10分程度で中心部ま- ではいけます。） 高級ホテルの割りには、朝食がお粗末。 週末にホテル専用の駐車場を使用する際には、注意が必要。平日は問題ないが週末の午後は、クローズしてしま- うこと知らされなかった為、観光から帰っていざ出発しようとすると駐車場がクローズされていて困った。（結- 果、合鍵を使って開けてもらったが、その際のホテル側の対応は、良くなかった。）ホームページに注記すべき- 内容と思います。 |

ホテルサービスに明記されている自転車レンタル（無料）を利用しました。観光スポットは隣接しているので徒- 歩でも廻れますが、時間の節約ができ、アディジェ川の外側に出るにも楽でした。チェックアウト後も荷物を預- けている間貸して貰えました。カウンターで尋ねれば市内の観光マップやヴェローナカードも発行してもらえま- す。 接客態度がのんびりしている。こちらから要望しないと待たされる。 |

フローリングの床で大変清潔。朝食のパンも沢山の種類があり満足。お風呂も仕切りがあり外に水が出ないよう- になっていて子供とのシャワーも楽でした。フロントの方もポーターさんもみんな感じがよかった。またヴェロ- ーナに宿泊時は利用したい。 |

Tasteful and comfortable room, very clean, very good service, polite staff, good breakfast buffet, good location between arena and station - all in all had excellent stay, would book it again. |

The hotel was perfectly located for our trip to the Opera in Arena Di Verona. It is a very short drive from the train station and a lovely stroll to the Arena. The garden at the back of the hotel is a great retreat to relax in. |

beautifully decorated, very tasteful. Like staying in an Italian villa.Reception staff very friendly and helpful. same for the porters. ideal location to the arena and old town. highly recommended hotel bathroom could do with extra shelving or dresser |

The staff were helpful and the decor and services were good but you can get just as good hotels at much less the cost I felt that it was overpriced simply because of its location |

Close to the city and the station. Rooms felt quite dark and breakfast was in a basement room. Overall, although we got a competitive rate, it felt expensive. |

The central location being convinient to the Arena Verona and old town centre. Easy access from the rail station. Lift was generaly slow and one morning at breakfast, we had to use the stair from the 3rd floor because the lift did not respond. |

Hotel staff were polite, helpful and cheerful. We were glad to be able to sit in the garden and we appreciated the hotel decor and stylish atmosphere. Slightly complicated to organise the parking of cars. |
