ホテルサービスに明記されている自転車レンタル（無料）を利用しました。観光スポットは隣接しているので徒歩でも廻れますが、時間の節約ができ、アディジェ川の外側に出るにも楽でした。チェックアウト後も荷物を預けている間貸して貰えました。カウンターで尋ねれば市内の観光マップやヴェローナカードも発行してもらえます。 接客態度がのんびりしている。こちらから要望しないと待たされる。 |

フローリングの床で大変清潔。朝食のパンも沢山の種類があり満足。お風呂も仕切りがあり外に水が出ないようになっていて子供とのシャワーも楽でした。フロントの方もポーターさんもみんな感じがよかった。またヴェローナに宿泊時は利用したい。 |

目抜き通りに面していて、アレーナでのオペラ終了後も安心して歩いて帰ってくることができた。設備はやや古いが、機能上は問題なかった。朝食は標準的な内容だが、室料とのバランスから考えるともう少し改善されてもいいのではないかと思った。 フロント以外のスタッフはあまり英語が通じないため、やや不便に感じた。ホテル内のインフォメーションや市内の観光について、こちらから尋ねない限り情報が少ないと感じた。 |

Location is not bad as Verona city itself is not that large. The room was clean, wide room & bathroom, and was quiet even though facing the main street. |

The Hotel is great for everyone who wants to be close to the center of town as well as the train station. Both are about 10 minutes away if you walk. The hotel is clean and has air conditioned rooms. The breakfast did not offer alot great variety. |

Excellent location (between the city centre and the station, within walking distance of both), nice breakfast, lovely courtyard & garden, friendly staff, classic decor No bathtub and the shower room was not the biggest. Though the staff were friendly, we found the manager to be slightly pompous and not particularly helpful. |

The hotel is in an ideal position as located near to both rail & bus stations and a short walk to the arena. Although on a main road the traffice noise was not a problem. The breakfast was relaxed and ample and the staff were very pleasant. I would retun to this hotel. |

Good location within walking distance to main attractions. Provided a VIP card giving access to discounts in restaurants. Recommended restaurant was also very good. Air conditioner was rather noisy, difficult to control. Parking in a garage next door was convenient but quite expensive at EURO 20/day. |

The standard of the rum I had was rather basic (from 80-s?) for a hotel like Grand hotel (for that reason the price I paid I guess) but the design of the interior is very romantic. There is a little garden with some arts which makes the hotel more special. Very kind and helpful staff. Everything was just fine! |

We very much enjoyed our five night stay at the Grand. The hotel is ideally placed for walking into the centre Verona. The staff were all friendly and helpfull and the breakfast selection was very good. |

There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel, the staff vere very polite and could not be more helpful. The breakfast was very good and plenty of it, all in all a very good hotel. |

Just about everything. Everything is new and very well decorated. Great location, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff... We slept like babies on those very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast. What's there is fine, but there's not much to choose from. |
