The hotel is in an ideal position as located near to both rail & bus stations and a short walk to the arena. Although on a main road the traffice noise was not a problem. The breakfast was relaxed and ample and the staff were very pleasant. I would retun to this hotel. |

Good location within walking distance to main attractions. Provided a VIP card giving access to discounts in restaurants. Recommended restaurant was also very good. Air conditioner was rather noisy, difficult to control. Parking in a garage next door was convenient but quite expensive at EURO 20/day. |

The standard of the rum I had was rather basic (from 80-s?) for a hotel like Grand hotel (for that reason the price I paid I guess) but the design of the interior is very romantic. There is a little garden with some arts which makes the hotel more special. Very kind and helpful staff. Everything was just fine! |

We very much enjoyed our five night stay at the Grand. The hotel is ideally placed for walking into the centre Verona. The staff were all friendly and helpfull and the breakfast selection was very good. |

There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel, the staff vere very polite and could not be more helpful. The breakfast was very good and plenty of it, all in all a very good hotel. |

Just about everything. Everything is new and very well decorated. Great location, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff... We slept like babies on those very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast. What's there is fine, but there's not much to choose from. |

great location (walking distance from the old city),nice building and antiques, we asked for non smoking room and got a smoking one, it took time but they did solve the problem to our satisfaction.maintenance of the room can be improved. |

Beautiful hotel, close to the arena. Beautiful room, very clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again In my room the air condition vent was flowing the air towards the bed. I had to turn it down to avoid catching a cold or something |

Location excellent for train station and opera, 5 minutes either way. Excellent breakfast and outside area Pricey...but it was opera season and was in an excellent location for the arena |

Very amenable staff; comfortable room and a good breakfast. Good location equidistant between station and the centre. You need 10 minutes to reach the historic centre. Nice terrace area too for having a drink. My room a good size ( I paid a little more) though some of their standard doubles seemed small. |
