Offering tennis courts and an Olympic-sized swimming pool, Versilia Holidays is in Forte dei Marmi just off highway A12. Surrounded by greenery, it provides free parking and air conditioned rooms. Rooms come with carpeted floors, a minibar and a TV with satellite and pay-per-view channels. Each one has a private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Policy: We arrived one day late due to problems problems with the Italian trains (six hour delay) and notified the hotel twice. They made us pay for this night.... Accuracy: The room that I booked was not given to me, instead they gave me a room which was very old, small and smelling of cigarette smoke. Subsequenty the manager showed me the room that I booked, but asked eur 20- more, but I did not like it as it did not correspond to the pictures in booking com. Finally he proposed us a room at a surcharge of eur 40.- a day which was ok. Friendlyness: Contrary to our stay one year ago the staff was not friendly this time. I was very disappointed.

The location of the hotel The hotel has 4 stars but that was probably right 20 years ago. I don't know how the hotel is entitled to its 4 stars when it is maximum 3 star hotel and even that is too much. Also the hotel charged my credit card without consulting me of the method of payment.

Hôtel très agréable qui offre un excellente alternative à la plage avec sa superbe piscine , accès et parking facile, petit déjeuner très correct ,chambre confortable , air conditionné un peu bruyant comme souvent dans les hôtels, Décoration triste des très longs couloirs , en désaccord avec le style de l'hôtel

Di facile accesso, ambiente poco rumoroso, area piscina e comfort camere Hall e ambiente generale (mobilio, ecc) poco personale e rimasti un po' nello stile " anni 70". L'albergo avrebbe, a mio giudizio, bisogno di un buon ripristinamento a livello bagni (sopratutto le aree docce) e un po' di vento fresco. La cucina in generale discreta a buona, anche se i secondi avessero in generale potuti essere presentati e cucinati con um po' più di cura.

Nous avons aime la taille des chambers, la piscine et la for mule petit dejeuner Meme si le premier jour il a fall 40mns pour obtenir un cafe. Le personnel, femmes de chambers et reception, Etait tres amiable et nous avons apprecie d avoid des interlocuteurs parlant bien franca is.

Posizione ottima, con il noleggio di una bicicletta in pochi minuti puoi essere In centro e in spiaggia, puoi fare delle bellissime camminate nel verde... Rilassante e comoda anche la piscina, personale disponibilissimo e cordiale ( molto importante anche questo aspetto oltre alla struttura) Provare per credere!!!!!

L'hôtel est bien situé, à la sortie de l'autoroute et à 2 kms du centre ville donc loin du bruit. Il est très confortable, les chambres sont grandes, climatisées et les équipements sont très bien. Une grande piscine de 25 m avec beaucoup de fauteuils permet de se reposer au calme. La gastronomie est excellente et le personnel extrêmement serviable et sympathique et on y parle français. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très varié et abondant. Un grand garage couvert permet de bien stationner les voitures. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon.

Il parcheggio e' veramente ottimo Il prezzo elevato x la posizione lontano dal centro,le camere non molto pulite,lo staff non cordiale ed in fine x quello che riguarda I servizi non e' degno di un 4 stelle,ci siamo molto lontani

El hotel es de estilo años 70 sin renovar pero con unas instalaciones muy bien mantenidas.Las habitaciones con balcón , limpias,luminosas y amplias. La piscina muy tranquila y útil, ya que la playa queda a 2,5 Kms. El personal es muy amable y diligente.Tienen un servicio de autobús al centro 3 veces al día para no tener que llevar el coche, ya que el parking (ora) en Forte dei Marmi es muy caro. En general, pese a ser antiguo es muy recomendable. Los pasillos son muy oscuros. El hotel necesita una reforma.

La piscina è tenuta benissimo, come pure I giardini. Per il resto avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescatina! La colazione non è all'altezza di un 4 stelle, il bagno è piccolissimo,un pò datato!

Værelserne på Versilia er pænt rene, men nogle er små og enkelte helt uden altan og med små vinduer.Personalet var dog meget hjælpsomme, da vi bad om et andet værelse.Fin morgenmad hver dag med venlige tjenere. Værelserne helt oppe under taget.

La posizione dell'hotel e la possibilità di parcheggio. Prenotando una tariffa scontata il rapporto qualità / prezzo è buono Gli aspetti negativi erano esattamente quelli già segnalati dagli altri visitatori. E' un hotel vecchio e buio internamente.
