Classic style (pseudo expensive), spacious rooms, comfortable mattress. Nothing else!!

Please read this before you book!! I do not understand why this hotel has such a high score!! The price for this hotel is outrageous for the services provided!! -Cigarette smell inside the room; The smelling was awful (had to change room) -Old, washed-out, stainy carpets/moquettes inside the rooms -VERY far away from Florence (even by car it is 30 minutes of driving!) -The breakfast was NOT THAT great as stated by other reviewers and for the money you pay it does NOT worth it. (I did not like the cold croissants, sweet taste of omelet, burned coil like bacon and generally the lack of variety. Also one day we had to eat the leftovers of other clients, nothing on the buffet (not even bread) and when I asked why the buffet is empty the explanation I received from the staff was: "Sorry". The next day the buffet was normal by some miracle... -Wi-Fi INSIDE the rooms is NOT FREE & VERY EXPENSIVE -The "4 Star" Hotel is located in INDUSTRIAL AREA; your view is high voltage power lines, factories and a tiny river with mosquitoes. -Health hazard staying so close to High voltage power lines -Very expensive for the whole services (not a good price ratio considering gas and low quality of services)

Very good for the price. Clean and tidy. Helpful staff.

Bed could have been a bit better.

The room was very nice as well as the breakfast setup. All in all the hotel was really good.

Only that the location requires you to have a car and at best also a gps (at minimum a good map of the way) because it is not easy to find the way back and forth without having tried it.

Staff was mediorcre, and had to be wheedled for service.

Clean and nice room. Free closed parking. All was perfect.

Avevo gia' soggiornato in questo hotel qualche anno fa, riportandone una positiva impressione. Le stanze sono pulite, ampie e confortevoli, il letto molto comodo. La struttura e' ubicata in prossimita' del casello autostradale ed e' consigliata a chi si sposta in macchina (20-25 minuti per raggiungere il centro di Firenze). C'e' un ampio parcheggio recintato e gratuito a disposizione. Raggiungibile a piedi un grande centro commerciale con bar e ristoranti aperti fino a mezzanotte e anche un cinema multisala. Il prezzo e' conveniente, check in e check out senza intoppi.

La colazione e' decisamente scadente e il personale di sala disattento. Se non fosse inclusa nel prezzo della stanza, converrebbe andare a fare colazione nel vicino centro commerciale. Il wi-fi e' gratuito solo nella hall e per un tempo limitato; nelle stanze e' a pagamento.

Chambre vaste, confortable et bien équipée - Nous avons apprécié le calme aux abords d'une grande ville. Personnel aimable et parlant français.

Petit déjeuner un peu désorganisé - Manque de couverts, de café, de pain - Le personnel semble dépassé.

Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Zamykany, darmowy parking. Smaczne śniadania, choć wybór nie był wielki.

Płatny dostęp do internetu. Nieciekawa okolica, dużo betonu dookoła. Mieliśmy niewielkie problemy aby trafić na miejsce. Hotel rzeczywiście obciążył nas na koniec opłatą 3 EUR od osoby za noc.

Vicino alla stazione dei treni di Calenzano, comodo per raggiungere Firenze senza usare l'auto, staff cordiale, parcheggio riservato e coperto incluso nel prezzo

Non mi è piaciuta per nulla la colazione, piuttosto povera per un 4 stelle
