La struttura vuole essere di prestigio ma le camere e il bagno soprattutto sono senza alcuna rifinitura. Assolutamente da togliere o sostituire la moquette. Prezzi del frigo bar eccessivi. |

Grote ruime kamers, iedere dag schone handdoeken, iedere dag nieuwe lakens, goedgevulde minibar. Een afgesloten priveparking.Hotel bevindt zich op loopafstand van megaMall Il Gigli/Panorama, erg leuk om met druilerig weer of savonds laat te shoppen. geopend van 9-22, 6 dagen lang. Ontbijtbuffet erg mager, gros van personeel (die in restaurant) spreekt alleen Italiaans. Hotel is lastig te vinden met gewone navigatie. |

Por estar cerrado en agosto el hotel nos cambiaron a otro que tienen en el centro de Florencia "Toscany" que es mejor. Todo perfecto, habitación, limpieza, personal y desayuno. El hotel tiene servicio de transporte al centro. Todo perfecto. |
