The towels were completely dirty. I ordered a wake up call but they forgot to make it. I ordered a taxi from the hotel and instead they ordered a friend (shady business plan) who asked higher price than I paid before. The staff wasnt nice and gave me a bad feeling like I owe them something. I will never come back there again!!! It is an awful hotel.

It's a good hotel with modern rooms. The location is at an industrial and commercial area out of the city. For tourism in Florence it´s far from the central city, demands about 30 min. by car to go there.

The room was nice and clean. The receptionists were extremely rude, very unhelpful. Breakfast was very poor for a 4 star hotel. Wi Fi - half an hour in the lobby.

Classic style (pseudo expensive), spacious rooms, comfortable mattress. Nothing else!! Please read this before you book!! I do not understand why this hotel has such a high score!! The price for this hotel is outrageous for the services provided!! -Cigarette smell inside the room; The smelling was awful (had to change room) -Old, washed-out, stainy carpets/moquettes inside the rooms -VERY far away from Florence (even by car it is 30 minutes of driving!) -The breakfast was NOT THAT great as stated by other reviewers and for the money you pay it does NOT worth it. (I did not like the cold croissants, sweet taste of omelet, burned coil like bacon and generally the lack of variety. Also one day we had to eat the leftovers of other clients, nothing on the buffet (not even bread) and when I asked why the buffet is empty the explanation I received from the staff was: "Sorry". The next day the buffet was normal by some miracle... -Wi-Fi INSIDE the rooms is NOT FREE & VERY EXPENSIVE -The "4 Star" Hotel is located in INDUSTRIAL AREA; your view is high voltage power lines, factories and a tiny river with mosquitoes. -Health hazard staying so close to High voltage power lines -Very expensive for the whole services (not a good price ratio considering gas and low quality of services)

Отель расположен в 17 км от Флоренции и в 40 км от двух крупных аутлетов (Барберини и Молл). В десяти минутах ходьбы от отеля расположен огромный торговый центр. Есть крытая охраняемая стоянка. Отель находится в промышленной зоне, очень мрачно. Отель не новый и видно, что ремонт уже давно не делали. Отель используется туристическими фирмами для размещения групповых туристов из разных стран (привозят автобусами на 1-2 ночи). Завтрак скудный и бедный. Из-за групповых туристов первый раз видели очередь, что бы подойти к столу за едой.

Prostrana I čista soba. Kupatilo veliko I održavanje higijene svakodnevno. Besplatan parking u okviru garaže. Osoblje na recepciji I u restoranu neljubazno I nedoraslo nivou hotela. Internet funkcioniše samo u lobiju hotela I to 30 minuta po danu. Uspostavljanje veze izuzetno sporo. Doručak loš I posle 9 časova nema gotovo ništa.

l'hotel era pulitissimo, aveva la tv in bagno piu il telefono... colazione buona... l'acqua calda alla doccia ogni tanto mancava, le prese non vicine al comodino ,poco insonorizzate ... si sentiva tutto!

C'est un hotel d'une rare qualité ou tout est confort.Nous nous y sommes trouvés tres bien avec un calme absolu et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute de plus il y a un garage magnifique fermé et gardé gratuit.excellent petit dej. Il ne faut pas être très regardant sur l’environnent (zone commerciale) et gps obligatoire.par ailleurs il y avait une chaine d'info télé en français, ils l'ont supprimé, dommage!!!!

La camera molto spaziosa ed accogliente, arredata con gusto in ogni dettaglio,cuscini comodissimi e pulizia impeccabile. Bagno molto luminoso e dotato di tv...veramente bello. Colazione buona. Da consigliare Tutto perfetto.

ottima la vicinanza al Centro Commerciale "i Gigli". Garage gratis. Qutotidiani gratis. stanze spaziose. scelta di cuscini e letti comodi. albergo senza personalità. Staff professionale ma freddo e distaccato. La wifi è gratis solo la prima mezz'ora.

Il letto molto comodo e la scelta tra 4 cuscini diversi. Buona la varietà offerta per la colazione a buffet. Il garage è gratis. I quotidiani sono gratis. La posizione è squallida, in mezzo ad un'area artigianale. Una bottiglietta d'acqua da 33 cl del frigobar costa 4 euro!!!!!!
