Location can't be better. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice spacious family room. We stayed on the 4th floor and had spectacular views of the harbour. |

The view was fabulous and we spent lots of time on our romantic balcony.It was family owned and they were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We like ice and they supplied it happily everytime we asked. We will go back again I hope. |

Extremely helpful and friendly staff who spoke good English and made our stay more enjoyable. Great views from rooms. Excellent location - easy (5 min) walk from station, on waterfront and close to the ferry and restauarants, shops. Good base for Cinque Terra - up to an hour on the train - and for Portofino and other coastal towns. Good breakfast. Shower over bath very small |

The view from the room was magnificient, exactly as shown on picture. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledegeable. Its location is excellent as a start point for Liguria visit. The room furniture and bath less than expected but clean and acceptable. |

Perfect cenral location, We loved being on the seafront with easy access to ferries, shops, restaurants. Excellant service, friendly staff. Lovely setting to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.although trying to find parking was initially frustrating but quickly resolved, costing us 13 euros per day in the public carpark. |

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the seafront. The hotel was very clean, our room was spacious with a great balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were very friendly. |

A very very positive experience due to friendly atmosphere, excellent location, stunning view and reasonable price meaning value for money was top of the line! Nothing relating to the hotel but the fully booked private beaches in the area was somewhat disturbing. |

Nice comfortable rooms with a spectacular view of the seafront. Hotel recently renovated, clean and modern. Centrally located. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. The hotel has no parking of its own. Guests have to use public parking, but the hotel provides a sign which waives the time limits on free public parking spots. |

Excellent alternative and superb location in a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff really made you feel welcomed to stay in Rapallo. Also the restaurant can be recommended. The only minus may be the noise coming from the boulevard street. |

Nice view to the sea and boulevard! Terrace was great. Room was clean and hotel staff was friendly. We left our car to the parking place on the street next to the hotel. You can pay parking fees with coins or credit cards on the parking fee machines. The hotel location was fantastic. Behind the hotel there is walking street area, shops, cafes and restaurants. The terrace should clean a little bit better, because the cars and vespas are driving on the boulevard. |

The location was great for a view of the ocean and watching the people along the waterfront promenade or street side restaurants. The room and bathroom were nice and the continental breakfast was adequate with typically great coffee or espressos. The ocean view rooms, while great in the daytime or evening for the view or people watching are plagued by traffic noise at night. Around 4 am, locals start going to work and the traffic noise will wake you up. |

The location of the Hotel was fantastic right in the middle of Rapello close to local resturants and water taxis with fantastic views of the Harbour. Rooms were clean and linen changed every day and a bathroom which is unusual in Italy! Staff fantastic so polite and helpful. Would rush back! |
