The friendliness & helpfulness of Staff. The situation. Handy to train & waterfront. Appreciated the little Balcony. Could sit & watch the world go by. Liked to sit there before dinner & review day & make plans for next day. Liked having safe in room. Breakfasts were great! |

Hotel with sea views a balcony, the owner very pleasant, good breakfast,in a good position on sea front I think the showers in the bathroom are positioned wrongly. |

Perfect location, the owner was enormously helpful and friendly. We felt very at our ease in the hotel in Rapallo, the tourism in Rapallo was the way we like it, agreable and peaceful. We would like to come again. parking was a bit difficult, loading and unloading the car, but went well after all. |

Loved the apple tart at breakfast and the wonderful staff. I had asked for a bathtub, but didn't know that the word in Italian is vasca. They were unable to switch me to a room with one. I also wrote and asked for a duplicate bill because I misplaced mine, but did not get a response. |
