The first day we entered the hotel after a long tiring journey as we were on Europe tour, the welcome by one of the Italian staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. We reached an hour early than the checkin time but our request to hand over the room keys as early as possible, was rejected very harshly. Staff said that in absence of manager he can't help us in any way. Manager was unavailable to us for all the days of our stay. The next day we met another good staff who knew English and served us breakfast with lots of respect. We mentioned to him that the next day morning at 5am we will be checking out (though official check out time was 11 am) and may we get the breakfast early in morning even latest by 6 am would do. He positively assured us for the same but while checking out early in morning there was the same rude italian staff we met on first day, and he simply refused for any service. He really made us feel a lot out of place. If manager asks him to take care of hospitality in his absence then he must even make sure that the staff is doing the job well. Initially we were under the impression that the hotel is near all sights in Venice but unfortunately mira oriago comes is extra urban area. To and fro per person from hotel to main city costs around 5 pounds. Overall our stating experience in vettore was. Awful and would never recommend anybody to stay there.

The atmosphere was friendly, the hotel is only 15-20 from Venice center. It is in a quiet area without the city rush. The price it's quite fair compared with other places. The rooms are big and there is private bathroom. Also the price includes breakfast.

The breakfast time is only two hours until nine o clock. The bed were not that confortable. The transportation is not convenient at night. The last bus from Venice is at 11. The staff is quite friendly however there have been some language difficulties.

The location of the hotel in relation to Venetie is perfect. Just 20 minutes ride with a citybus from the the busstop in front of the hotel to Venetie. Breakfast is good every day fresh croissant!!!

The shower/toilet is a little bit small, but that's a detail. You don't have to live there!

Good bus connection to Padua and Venice, but thats not the hotel profit. There is many hotels along the bus line.

Difficult to get checked in because closed on Saturdays. The room smells old and moldy. When it rains the water flows in through the roof in several places both in the room and hall. After 7 days of croissant and coffee every day for breakfast, you are quite tired of it. Key does not have the track, only one plate, work for all doors, try three doors and it works on all. This is not acceptable. People in the area who know the family that owns the hotel said that the owners do not want to spend money to keep the property in order, but only get out what they can as long as it goes.

hotel vettore realy professional and kind to the customers. they inform you for travelling around venezia. venezia is a expensive city vettore is good for the travelers who has a car and looking for a budget accomodation. breakfast was a normal and good.

bathroom is can be better. but it is ok.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is family-run hotel which is a good size with reasonably sized rooms and linen/towel changing and cleaning was done every day. The restaurant had a menu with plenty of choice at a the free breakfast was ampleIt is a 20-30 minute journey into Venice and the bus can be quite crowded so be prepared to stand for the duration but worth it to be away from the continual crowds in Venice. I would have no hesitation in booking there again.

The price was excellent. Couldn't beat it, especially anywhere in the vicinity of Venice. The wifi was good and rooms were relatively clean. It was nice having breakfast every morning too.

Location was a bit far from Venice but we knew that when we booked it. Getting to Venice was only a 20 minute bus ride, about 4 euro round trip. Not too big of a deal. There was a slight ant problem but nothing serious. The bathroom for our room was detached so a bit inconvenient but we also knew that when we booked it. We were just happy that it was our own private bathroom. Overall it was a comfortable stay and very economical for its proximity to Venice.

Nous avons décommandé la chambre à 70 Euros 15 jours avant notre départ, mais nous avons payé, la somme totale des 2 chambres soit 158 euro. Comment faire pour nous faire rembourser... merci la salle de bain et wc au bout du couloir.

bon ,repas et dejeuner . les chambres sont vraiment sommaire retenu chambre avec douche et toilettes. qui etait a l'exterieur de la chambre et trés viellot robinet vieux avec fuite bac a douche rafistolé et surtout chambre trés bruyante dû au passage intense de la route , fenêtre ancienne sans double vitrage . dommage car bon acceuil et bien placé ,pour aller sur venise.

le plus le bruit ... et tres vieux a besoin d'etre restauré...

Personnel très agréable et à votre écoute, super p'tit dej, le bus s'arrêt juste en face de l'hôtel pour vous déposer à Venise

la douche ! sans pression, il fallait juste savoir être patient

l'accueil est d'une rare convivialité et gentillesse. L'ambiance est familiale et chaleureuse. Les petits dej sont trés copieux pour tous les gouts et de qualité..croissants..jus de fruit..yaourt...... Le cadre estT champetre. L;accés à Venise est facile par le bus 20mn. On aime aller là bas!

e murdar, camerele sunt pline de praf,foarte frig in camera, nu era caldura deloc, tapiteria de pe fotolii era foarte murdara..si personalul s-a purtat foarte urat cu noi

La gentilezza dello staff mi ha molto colpito. Questo per dire che non servono tante stelle per un albergo per essere un buon albergo.

l'orario della colazione, dalle 8.00 alle 9.00 , credo sia poco rilassante
