Thé location of the hotel near the pedestrian zone and restaurants makes it easy for people with mobility problems. However, being in a busy part of town, it could be noisy in certain times of the year. Breakfast was good and service excellent.

Cleanliness of rooms The internet was not working in the hotel and they did not know where to send us to use the internet outside the hotel - we discovered the fnac ourself. It was very close to the hotel and should have been the place to send us by hotel staff.

This is a simple hotel in a good position, not far from the sites or the station. There is an unpromising-looking but superb restaurant almost next door. Some rooms were noisy.

Great location near train, market and centre of town. Friendly staff who spoke great English. Room was very small and dark, especially with balcony door shut. Would like WiFi in my room.

Good location, close to Genova Brignole station. Within walking distance of nearly all the attractions and shopping in Genoa. Very good continental breakfast. Decent size rooms with air conditioning and a modern bathroom. An English language station on the tv but then that's not really important if you have an iPhone, laptop or tablet.

Localization. Very close to main attraction of Genua, on the edge of the pedestrian zone. And there is an underground parking nearby the hotel (20€ per day). Unpleasan smell in the room.

Clean bathroom, a lot of tv channels. The person working in reception at night was really unfriendly. When I arrived he gave me wrong information which resulted in a parking ticket. He also told that the bars in Porto Antico close at 10.30pm and I did not go out first night. When I went there second night I noticed that they close maybe 2.30 or 3.00am. The Internet was also not working very well in the hotel.

5 minute walk to train station. Only stayed as a base to get down to Portofino. At check-in they said we didn't have a reservation even though I showed them my printed email confirmation from booking.com. They did give us a triple room at the same price. Just a place to rest your head. Breakfast not very good except for the cappuccinos!

The location is perfect. Walk distance to the station and walk distance to everywhere in Genova. The Hotel is located right in the centro estorico and lots of things to see and do around there. My negatives points are the bed could be more comfortable and some fruit for breakfast could have been nice. Also, you do get the noise from the streets, but nothing that ear plugs didn't resolve.

Very freindly hotel staff. Room looked like something out of a horror movie (flickering florescent lights, high ceilings and very empty room with tiny tv that barely worked, echo in room made it hard for conversation). Elevator so small that two of us (slim ppl) barely fit with backpacks. Breakfast buffet was terrible.

Nice location, about 15min walking from the city center and just few steps from the market. The room was big and clean. Also the staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel was very old. The room's furniture was very old and generally had nothing to do with the photos. It was expensive comparing to a new hotel.
