Very friendly and helpful staff, appropriate environment, good value for the price, good location and accessability, close to the historical centre It's under reconstruction right now. It does not really effect the quality, no noise or dust or any other discomfort, but soon it will be even better than it already is. |

central location the cost for the facilities was poor, the breakfast consisted of cold cuts curled at the ends on lettace brown at tha edges with eggs that were ageless. the shower had to be hand held and we were overcharged on the cost quoated. not a suitable hotel where the cost for 2 persons was 120 euros. |

Kindness of the staff, rooms were wide The room had a very poor furnishment and was not very clean (I found hair in the bathroom and dust in the room and there was an unpleasant smell of smoke), the electric system was not safe (I could not recharge my mobile phone!). 4 stars are really too many for this hotel, in North Italy it would have received 1 or maximum 2. |

breakfast was good room was very small for the price we could not leave the window open at night as the room was on the first floor and a service roof was outside the window we booked for a double room and given a twin. when asked to changed we were moved to a smoking room again not our preference. The girl at the reception was farily grudging about all this but all other staff were very friendly |

Freundlichkeit des Personals; ansprechender Frühstücksraum Die Stühle im Zimmer wirkten wie vom Sperrmüll, sind außerdem sehr unbequem. Die Balkontür war kaum zu schließen. |

l'attenzione della responsabile al bureau al momento della partenza per risolvere un problema di discrepanza fra la prenotazione via web e l'effettiva presenza in hotel la proma colazione è decisamente di modesto livello. Non è concepibile che i formaggi siano rappresentati dai formaggini "Bel Paese" ( in Puglia, poi........) |
