Hotel Victoria  

The location was the best. Really close to everything you want to see in Florence. The markets are just a 2 minute walk, and the Duomo is 5 minutes away. Santa Maria Novella Train Station is a 5 minute walk. Good price, clean room, and helpful staff. Would recommend it and would stay again. It's nothing fancy, but it does the job. Good for hot summer days, because they have air conditioned rooms.

Very convenient location, rooms are exactly like on the pictures presented on boking.com, staff was friendly and helpful.

I didnt have a bfst included and was thinking to pay extra for it on the spot, though when I came there was no food left for me as the restaurant attendant said they were counting only on those who had bfst included. So just keep it in mind when you do ur booking:)

Good location only. The staff was rude and not helpfull. I believe this is a hotel for people who knows the city very well..

The staff was rude.... No wi-fi, no warmer in the room and was very cold..small bathroom. Next time I will pay 200 more euros and have some more information and kind. I stayed 3 nights there and I wont go back again

Excellent location if coming from main train station. Easy walk to all the tourist attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very poor breakfast so save your 5 euro but there is an excelent cafe just up the road which does an excellent breakfast.

Good location to walk from the get around town.

The interior looks run down and needs work. Bed was uncomfortable, was a cote style. Hard to communicate with the front staff.

This hotel is very dated, I'm not sure how it got 3 stars, must have borrowed a couple I would think, was a shock to find the meagre breakfast not included

Florence center is tiny so everything was a walking distance from the hotel. Very spacy, comfortable and clean room and bathroom.

The room we got did not look at all like any of the rooms in the pictures. It wasn't as nice. But it didn't matter to us as we were hardly in the room.

Location excellent.

Worst bed ever...felt like this bed should have been replaced 25 years ago...

The hotel had a very good location and the room was clean.

Hotel Victoria is in a great location, few steps away from the local markets selling the cheapest leather goods (open daily!). About 3min walk away from the Duomo and many museums. About 5min walk from the Florence SM train station. The rooms were a quite large for Europe & windows opened for fresh air. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and the reception is open all hours, great security.

Only thing was there was no air-con in the hallways of the hotel but not really important because your not sleeping there. compared to other hotels breakfast should be included in the room rate.

the air-conditon was broken and every funitures were old and smelly.that's a pity that they should try to renovate or change some things. even with negative impressions of hygenics,staffs ( including house-keepings were very friendly and nice)

The room was clean.

There was no people at the reception some times.
