Location near train station and market and all the main attractions. And for eating delicious and cheap in Naborne inside the market where the locals go :)

The noise from the street

The location suited our purposes - close to major tourist sites and the train station.

the noise from the nightclub across the road made it impossible to sleep until they closed at 1.30am. The rooms were not sound proof so you could hear whatever was going on in the room next door and in the corridor.

room space is awkward and poorly equiped. wall is too thin to stop noise.

Location was good - near the station and the Duomo. Plenty hot water and big fluffy towels. Good Internet connection.

When we arrived there was no one behind the desk, no bell, no indication that someone would be returning (a young man finally did return after about 5 minutes). The room had an awful sewer smell and was very cold. Also, lots of street noise. No hairdryer. The breakfast had stale pastries.

Very convenient location, rooms are exactly like on the pictures presented on boking.com, staff was friendly and helpful.

I didnt have a bfst included and was thinking to pay extra for it on the spot, though when I came there was no food left for me as the restaurant attendant said they were counting only on those who had bfst included. So just keep it in mind when you do ur booking:)

Good location only. The staff was rude and not helpfull. I believe this is a hotel for people who knows the city very well..

The staff was rude.... No wi-fi, no warmer in the room and was very cold..small bathroom. Next time I will pay 200 more euros and have some more information and kind. I stayed 3 nights there and I wont go back again

Good location, close to the train station and the duomo. It's a busy street but it has everything.

Our room was very small and the mattress was horrible.

This hotel is very dated, I'm not sure how it got 3 stars, must have borrowed a couple I would think, was a shock to find the meagre breakfast not included

The location was the best. Really close to everything you want to see in Florence. The markets are just a 2 minute walk, and the Duomo is 5 minutes away. Santa Maria Novella Train Station is a 5 minute walk. Good price, clean room, and helpful staff. Would recommend it and would stay again. It's nothing fancy, but it does the job. Good for hot summer days, because they have air conditioned rooms.
