There wasn't a plug for the bath. For some reason.
Because of the train strike,we had to stay a night in Florence at the last minute. We chose this hotel because it was just minutes from the train station. We got a good deal because of the late hr. It was clean and acceptable. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
location easy access laid back
beds really uncomfortable
the staffs were so kind
a little bit far from the nearest stop of vaporetto
Staff were friendly, location is excellent, near main station (Santa Maria Novella) and within walking distance of the majority of sightseeing sites.
Street was very noisy, shower cramped, drain blocked and airconditioner leaked. Reception staff not always there - often had to wait to be attended to as staff seemed to be occupied elsewhere. Breakfast limited but adequate.
All were very old and not very clean
Location and easy in and out to room, we were on the 2nd floor near the breakfast room.
Within walking distance of station and major sights. Friendly helpful staff. Good sized room and very clean.
Large room, mini bar available. The staff were super helpful and friendly it really made our stay pleasant.
Bathroom was maybe due for a renovation but is more than functional :)
Location was close to train station and city center. Air Conditioning was great. Lots of restaurants and bars near by.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Excellent position, close to everything...
Nice location, close the station and all attractions, clean, a lot of space in the room
It's very close to the street and it's a little noise in the night. Little bathroom
Good location. Breakfast.
Stinky room. Very bad parking.
The location is not bad, is near to the train station and is not far from duomo and santa maria dei fiori. The staff is polite and the hotel is very quiet.
Is a Little old but is normal for the hotels in Italia.
Great location Staff very accomodating
-great location. -nice staffs. -reasonable price. -a bit old bldg but room was clean and nicely maintained.
-water for shower isn't strong enough.
Walking distance to Florence Central Station. Close proximity to many main attractions in central of Florence
It is an old building that needs renovation
It's right near a open air market, and you don't have to walk too far to go to any of the main sites!
Nights are loud and bathrooms are cluttered.. Our lights went out at night and didn't come back on until morning time..
Excellent location, right into the heart of busy Florence. Near to the Market, stores and restaurants. Walking distance from almost every landmark. Walking distance from train station also.
It is not a new hotel. If you're looking for a pristine, new nice looking place you might be a bit disappointed with this hotel
Fairly close to main sights
Very very basic. Extremely noisy especially with window open and this was necessary as there was no air-con. No hairdryer. Used disposable tumbler from bathroom for drink but it was not replaced. Drinks in minibar had already been opened. Staff abrupt. No mention of city tax till we checked out. Other guests were rowing with staff about this
Room was spacious and Aircon worked OK
Breakfast not a good idea with so many nice cafes around.
Location, it is about 800m away from the main station and it is jusf walking distance to all the main attractions. The air con in the room is pretty strong and you will need that with the hot weather in Florence.
There are ants in our room and the setting of the room are all pretty old.
Good value for money and great location - the hotel is just a short walk from SMN station and historic centre. We even had a quirky private terrace, which was great (ask for room 79!).
We couldn't get the television to work, but this was a minor issue for us.
