Sono stata molto contenta di tutto quanto, ma sopratutto dell ottima cucina sushi fusion di qualita' eccelsa. Forse le camere non rispecchiano al meglio lo stile dell hotel. Un po' troppo blande.

ottima la posisione, i servizi e la spa, molto gentile il personale sono un cliente di quest'albergo ottimo ma che la sera di capodanno si è sentito rispondere che era normale avere musica a tutto volume fino alle 2,30 della notte!!!normalmente l'albergo viene pagato perchè una persona vuole dormirci e non ballarci!!!e quella notte si paga profumatamente!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An der Reception 15Min gewartet bis Empfangsdame fertig war mit Ihrem Freund zu sprechen... entäuschend.... Service am Morgenbuffet beschäftigt mit sich selbst (am reden) Auswahl Buffet am Morgen ok, aber nicht überwältigend. Tische schmutzig und nicht abgeräumt. Funktionierte erst auf verlangen. Zimmer und Balkon sehr klein. Bin entäuscht...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Garagenservice ist klasse und klappt fast immer sofort. Man wird mit einem Goly-Caddy zu seinem Auto gebracht, das in einer Garage sicher parkt - spitze. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und schmackhaft.

Clientela molto rumorosa, al momento del pagamento ci hanno fatto pagare tutte le bibite nel frigo bar,non hanno neanche verificato, menomale che ci siamo accorte che eravamo ancora in zona.Certo uno sbaglio può capitare ma uno deve verificare.

The hotel is modern. I liked the open layout of the ground floor restaurant and bar area. The tv in my room was mounted very close to the door to the balcony. When opening the door it hit the tv.
