доброжелательность и внимание персонала, расположение в самом центре города и недалеко от пляжа, чистота и сервис, близость к предприятиям питания/кафе,рестораны/ и магазинам, интересное и необычное оформление дверей в номерах/копии извесных картин/. Стоянка автомобилей гостей гостиницы прямо возле здания иногда приводит к срабатыванию сигнализации автомобилей в ночное время, что приводит к неудобствам и не дает нормально отдохнуть. Такое произошло в первую ночь нашего пребывания в гостинице. |

Четкая работа персонала, бодрожелательность, возможность быстро решить любые вопросы. Отель очень удобно расположен, практически на центральной площади, пять минут пешком как от вокзала, так и от пляжа. Для приморского отеля желательно наличие собственного бесплатного пляжа с пляжной инфраструктурой: зонтики, лежаки и т.п. |

A very comfortable hotel, clean rooms, well equipped, modern styling and a very friendly and service oriented staff. They help you with all kinds of questions. Good breakfast. On walking distance of beach and some very good restaurants in the neighbourhood (such as Ristorante Regina Elena). |

Fabulous hotel best location right in centre walking distance to beach and right next to 24 hr bars, shopping. Gianni (Johnny by good) makes best coffee in pescara. |

Location. Was good. Near bus station, beach, shopping and restaurants. Hotel was clean and friendly. Lovely breakfast. I would stay there again. |

Good location and the most fabulous, accommodating staff!! On our last day, our flight wasn't till late so after we had been at the beach all day the manager kindly allowed us to utlilise the Wellness area to shower etc prior to us leaving. Very kind. |

The staff at hotel is one of the friendliest staffs I've ever encountered and I am a frequent traveler. The location is close enough to the station to walk and close to the beach. The rooms are nice and comfortable with AC. Breakfast is a great and offers a nice spread. |

Great location, nice bathroom. The had a baby cot set up in our room, it was perfect. The entire staff, with the exception of one of the breakfast stewards, were very nice. The male server on our first day (at breakfast) was great, offering seconds on cappuccinos. The man the second day, was annoyed to be there, and acted was completely unprofessional when I accidentally spilled my glass of milk. He couldn't rush us out of there fast enough. |
