The staff were always ready to help and provide assistance. The location of the hotel was very central. Rooms well cleaned. The noise. Very thin walls and noise carrying through the building did make for restful evenings or mornings. |

What a lovely hotel! We simply liked everything -- the staff, the location, the facilities. This one's a keeper. Like most places in Europe, the hotel is not "fat friendly". Americans beware! Doorways, showers, etc. favor the fit. |

Location is excellent. I am very satisfied their hospitality. Room was clean with basic amenities/facilities. Breakfast was also fair (not ample choice of buffet, but normal Italian breakfast). |

The location is perfect, close to must see things in Taormina. The view from the main square is fantastic, the atmosphere with mandolin players on the square- all very close to the hotel Victoria. And another imprtant thing: I forgot my medical kit and when phoned the hotel from Napels they were very kind and promissed to send it to me to my home address. |

Very central and excellent. We had room facing road so very noisy. If light sleeper endeavour to get back room. Otherwise no problems at all. |

It is a *very* clean, central hotel. Big rooms, not luxurious but with a lot of space and freshly renovated (not the bathrooms). Very nice people and the location is amazing. However, it was noisy at night and had a few problems in the toilet (sweet old building). |

Location, location, location-excellent! And the breakfast was good. The male Receptionist could have been more polite and not acting like you are the 1000nd client - you might be -but still! |

Location was very good. The room was pretty and sweet. Breakfast time was from 8:00 AM and I never had a chance to try it durling my 3 days stay. Hotel staff is not bother to give me any drink or for packet of bread for earlly departure guest, while other hotels try to give us some food. If you joined a excursion tour from Taormina, better not stay here as you always miss the breakfasts. |

It's location is excellent. It's quite noisy if the room faces the main pedestrian street and when the window is open. The ceiling sounds like it's paper-thin, I thought it'll collapse from all the sounds that the upstairs neighbor made at night. |
