Everything about hotel is balanced and polite. Interior design is very cozy, classy and stylish but not offensive as it is in other hotels. Staff is invisible when not needed, quick and friendly when needed. During my stay I saw only three girls who operated the hotel. There were no overdressed and overpolite managers. Overall, accomodation is better than in some five-star hotels, and the price is at 4-star level. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the spa facilities were luxurious and thoroughly relaxing and the cleanliness and facilities of the room were excellent. The location of the hotel was very central. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing and we would definitely return to stay there again! |

4 star hotel did not have kleenex in the room. Laundry list did not exist there was a mix up with the laundry, 2 items were not returned until last day of trip. |

Went for very nice junior suite for about the same price as a basic room elsewhere. Was very disapinted that it did not have the advertised balcony. Attractive large space with classy interior design and aircon etc. Looks new, clean and well designed. Hotel is not big and is about 10 mins walk from main shopping area. Did not pay the £30 to use the spa. Was very disapinted that it did not have the advertised balcony |

It was nicely decorated and after an AC in the room didn't work the staff swiftly arranged another room and allowed us to leave our luggage in the original room too. Generally service was very good. It was difficult to find due to no signage at street level. I felt it was a little out of the central historic area that it had been described as being in. |

The hotel was centrally located and convenient for all of Triest's major sights. Main bus routes passed by the door and the hotel was withing easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I left a T-shirt in the room on departure, but this was retuirned to me within days. All in all a good choice for a couple of days in Trieste for business, or pleasure.. |
