The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all went out of their way to help with every need. We had personalized attention. The pool was fantastic for our kids. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment which was great for my family. The rooms were spacious and there was a kitchenette so we could make dinners in our room. The location is excellent for trips to Venice, Padua, Verona, and many other neighboring areas. We booked a non-smoking room but it was apparent that the room was a smoking room. Everything smelled like smoke and our clothing retained the smell so I had to wash everything when we got home. The furniture is a bit worn and could be replaced -- there were burn holes on the sofa. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfeast, good swimming pool- open until 20:00, good price, free internet connection in the room. We stayed at two bedrooms appartment with a living room and a kitchen - it was very large and convenient (for a family with two children & a baby). There is big mall with huge supermarket adjacent to the hotel and it is very useful (It's open until 21:00). In addition there is a very good resturant in the hotel which is open untill late (22:30 at night) with good seafood and pizzas. There isn't non-smoking appartment. |

Close to the event I was attending. Hotel staff were very friendly. Clean place to stay. Wireless internet in the lobby as well as wired internet in the rooms is slower than dial-up. For the fitness minded individual, the breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired. |

The pool was great for cooling off after a warm Italian day. The two bedroom appartment was very spacious and included a kitchenette that was helpful. We had reserved to apartments for two families of 5. One apartment was spacious, the other was a one bedroom where two had to sleep on a pull out couch that did not have sunshades. The sun rises early in Italy in the summer and prevented sleep. This was partially rectified by hotel staff putting up sheets. The images of rooms on their website did not match the appearance of the rooms we had. The image of a Villa on their website had nothing to do with the hotel and was misleading. |

Very good placed between Venice and Verona if you want to visit the area. Many plus for the swimming-pool. The hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays and there is nothing to eat in the neighbourhood. |

The multilingual staff was very pleasant and approachable. It was located next to a mall, and had a four star restaurant inside. It was very clean and orderly, and was a very enjoyable stay. |

This is the second visit to the Victoria. Both were with my wife and 3 kids. The entire staff speak English very well, and are very helpfull. The pool is immaculate, and have very strict rules for keeping the area clean. We stayed in the 2 BR family suite both times. Two BRs, bath, living area and kitchenette. You can not find a better value in Vicenza. |

La piscina es grande, soleada y la mantienen en erfecto estado. La habitación era muy grande, habia un cuarto con mesa y sillas, una pequeña cocina con nevera, fregadera y lo necesario para cocinar. El desayuno, que consistíabásicamente en pasteles y bollos, no muy buneos. |
