Location and the breakfast were good. Also, there was one lobby computer with internet access for free, which was very useful. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The staff was not as helpful as they should have been. "Non-smoking property" does not mean what it should because the staff are not willing to address complaints about the smell of cigarette in rooms and in hallways.

Perfect location at a quiet place, very close to the park of Villa Borgese; good breakfast, helpful staff, clean rooms. Very nice bar and restaurant terrace. The double room i've booked had nothing in common with the pictures on the web-site (booking.com). The room was very small, the water in the shower was hardly flowing and either very hot or cold. A big lamp on a "working desk" was occupying half of it and it was not convenient to use the desk at all. The wi-fi connection was not working properly.

The location of the hotel was excellent: A beautiful area, close to the wonderful park Villa Borgese, and also very close to other main sights. The terrace on the roof, with the beautiful sight of Villa Borgese was also magical.

Hat mir sehr gut gefallen, Personal ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine kleine Anregung vielleicht für den nächsten Silvester. Wäre total super, wenn man in der Silvesternacht in der Bar auch noch nach 1:30 in der Früh am 1.1. noch ein Glaser zum Ausklingen bekäme.

Un certain charme très britanique et un personnel très courtois, serviable et toujours désireux de rendre le meilleur service aux clients. Un hôtel très calme à quelques centaines de mètres du métro et donc du coeur de la cité. Lalangue française est peu pratiquée mais avec un peu d'anglais même rudimentaire vous vous faites parfaitement comprendre...

Sijainti on varsin hyvä. Sveitsiläinen perinne näkyy henkilökunnan käytöksessä. Työmatkalaisille sopiva ja riittävän edustava vaikkapa tapaamisen tai tilaisuuden järjestämiseksi. Kattoterassi on tyylikäs ja siellä on samat ravintolapalvelut kuin alakerrassa. Se on pieni keidas kiireisessä Roomassa.

Lo que me gusta de este hotel,ya que pase varias veces por alli,es su personal en especial el sr Nicola que hace que uno se sienta como en casa .Lo volveria a usar sin dudarlo.Muy bien el desayuno.Las habitaciones buenas como siempre.

плохая шумоизоляция, очень шумно с раннего утра (6-7 часов) до позднего вечера (1 час ночи), устаревший интерьер, неудобная постель, маленькие комнаты. отель максимум три звезды. вынуждена была переехать в другой отель после первого дня проживания.
