Hotel Vienna

There was a chinese restaurant on the ground floor which we enjoyed being chinese ourselves. the hotel was very close to the train station to go to Venice. rooms were comfortable and adequate. Hotel staff gave us a map which was helpful and would have saved us from buying the map from the tourist office.

the shower had just a small piece of glass so the bathroom ended up flooded quite often. This may not be the case for other rooms.

very convenient location (train station in 7 min walk, bus to Venice is aroudn the corner)

internet was very slow

The location of this hotel was very near the train station that quickly takes passengers into Venice, and the price was one of the most affordable in its neighborhood.

Foreign visitors might not feel comfortable in this neighborhood at night, although in all honesty I felt safe when I stayed there. Parking spots are in high demands.

Friendly staff. Provide information about where to go in venice.

Good to have the restaurant in the hotel. Ok cleaness. Close to Venice Island by driving.

The smell in the room is somewhat weird.

The white lady and man on reception was helpful but not the most forthcoming. The room was clean and very good. Bed was comfortable and slept very well. hotel was not noisey. Towels changed and bed made every day. Breakfast was really good with a good variety, cannot fault it. emailing the hotel was not a problem the respose was fast and clear. When we mentioned something we didn't like, the night guy (young and oriental) did solve the problem and the main oriental man (Older maybe owner) was very adaptable to our needs and made us feel very valued at times.Found the hotel's location excellent, a very secure and safe feeling.

Would advise it to have more local information and tourist information on the notice board. Found staff a little hard to approach at times. Would reccomend staff had some customer services training, as in smiling, and greeting clients when we was in the reception area. Being more interested in talking to us instead of acting like they wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. Having more power sockets availiable to clients in the bed room (Would bring my own multi adapters next time) and the air conditioning was not strong enough, perhaps the hotel could hire out extra fans or give out fans in a deposit scheme. Clear signs of when the resturant and breakfast was serving would be good, so we didn't need to ask at reception.

Very nice and helpful staff and clean rooms. Very convenient to bus stop straight into Venice.

The first room we were allocated was so noisy due to some compressor operating in the building that we could not sleep. The staff kindly changed us to another room the next night.

Rooms are very small

The room was very confortable, Great connection to Venezia.

Tthe food there is really bad. I have eaten only breakfast there, but i had to eat something alse.

although the breakfast ist stated as a "continental", in fact it is a buffet, the staff is helpfull and they let us leave the car at the hotel parking (a small backyard) after an 1-night stay untill afternoon and take advantage of the very good connection (train, bus) to Venice

the backyard, used as a parking lot, was quite untidy, looked unmaintained and alike a rubbish heap

great position, very easy to get Venice (by train = 3 min walk to station + 3 min way, bus = 200 m, round the corner + 5 min way), possibility of private parking (free of charge) and quite good pizzeria nearby

very simple hotel (furniture, etc.), no extra services, parking maximum for 6 cars
