Score from 1123 reviews Good
This is a small hotel with only few rooms. The building hosts several such hotels. It is right across the train station, on a quiet street. The room was clean and had a bed, a desk with laptop, a wardrobe with safe, TV, and a small fridge. The staff was very helpful, Stanislav answered all our questions and requests very quickly.
Wifi only worked sometimes. The phone in the room is only for internal calls, but this is because owners pay for each call, and not monthly (unlike Canada). Toilet seat was cracked in our room.
Good location for all the places to travel and very very near to terminal
Worst was the breakfast. Only one milk or juice and one croissant was provided as a breakfast
Location as we needed to be near Termini Railway station.
Double room was cramped, did not include even basic plastic cups or drinking glasses. Shower only dribbled. Hot water in basin only when shower operated. Breakfast at nearby sandwich bar was 1 coffee and 1 pastry each, (Hotel paid 1 euro). C.C. charge 5%. City tax @ 3.50 p.p.p.n. is above that required, hence no receipt.
Close to train station.
The small lift.
Staff was always ready to help. , Rooms were clean (every day new towels, every day beds made for us). Notebook in our room was useful for us (information about railway connections, sights). Breakfast was sufficient,, in a typical italian small cafe. Perfect location, near subway and station Termini.
The guy was friendly.
The room was so small we had to leave the next day. The building was scary and the location terrible. There were people drinking in the streets, watching you all around and we felt in danger during the one night we stayed there. They made us pay for two nights even though we only stayed one.
No hot water kettle,
Break fast,Internet ,tv channels
I liked the fact that the hotel was in an excellent location, just across Termini Station (train and metro) and the bus stop from where you can take the bus to the airport. There are several restaurants ans little shops around, a supermarket as well.
The room for 5 people is too small. If you have a lot of luggage, it;s going to be a problem because there isn't enough storing space. We were only four so we used one of the beds to put our suitcases on! An old room that could do with renovation. The bathroom is small but decent. It's OK if all you need is a place to sleep.
excellent location, just 3minutes from tremini station, clean rooms , friendly and very helpful staff
location is great, coming from airport on terravision bus drops u infront of the street where the hotel is,right next to roma termini ,only 3-5 minute walk, a lot of halal food option all around the station.
very small rooms, bathrooms are not great, breakfast is ok,but the people serving it r rude.hotel on 4 th floor .very very small lift.
we loved the old Asian lady!! she was really helpful and kind. she offered us umbrellas for our stay... she was always smiling.... the room was SO SMALL. we were in 5 and it was very very tight for all of us. but then again, if you are in rome and if you are looking for a budget place, just to crash, you dont expect a big hotel room. the location was great too, we could walk to the coloseum and the roman forum...breakfast was really simple, just a capuccino and a cornetto (croissant or other pastries)... one minute from the termino train station... we liked it! the room was really warm too...
it was too small but for the price we paid it was mroe than OK
Staff was very nice, willing to meet our requirements, rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was typical italian and very good. Great thing about accomodation was its locality, near to every kind of transport.
Maybe just rooms were quite small but at the other side we spent there just nights, so it was ok.
