Das gut gepflegte Hotel liegt nur zwei Minuten von der nächsten Bushaltstelle wo alle 20 Minuten ein Bus nach Assisi fährt. Zur Basilika sind es bestenfalls drei Minuten. Das Personal war stets sehr bemüht und freundlich. Kein Verkehrslärm. Wenn die Anreise ohnehin frühestens um 14.00 möglich ist dann sollte ein gebuchtes Zimmer auch tatsächlich fertig sein. Es ist zudem irritierend in ein Hotel zu kommen dessen Rezeption um diese Zeit faktisch geschlossen ist und sie erst per Glocke über eine Nebentür Personal bemühen müssen. Wenn sie über Internet per Kreditkarte ihre Rechnung bezahlten sollte es beim Outcheck keine peinlichen Diskussionen übers Bezahlen geben.

Personale molto cortese , ambiente familiare , camere ben tenute , ampi spazi nelle camere e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Cambio della biancheria e asciugamani solo tre volte alla settimana oppure a cambio cliente, questo basato su una legge regionale Umbra sugli alberghi a due stelle.

posizione centrale, comoda per visitare la citta' e vicino alla statale e45 che ti permette di spostarti con facilità. non c'e' l'ascensore e quindi il bagaglio occorre portarlo su per le scale.

Sono rimasto molto colpito dalla gentilezza dello staff ,oltre che all'ottima qualità prezzo.Una buona colazione per un due stelle. Solo la sera quando si abbassava la temperatura la stanza era un pò fredda.

Tutti gli ambienti sono pulitissimi; il parcheggio è piccolo ma c'è ampia possibilità di trovare posto gratuitamente nelle immediate vicinanze; il personale cordiale e prodigo d'informazioni e consigli disinteressati; la posizione è ottima per raggiungere il teatro Lyrick anche a piedi in circa 20 minuti. A soli 300 metri ci sono due trattorie con ottime specialità locali a prezzo ragionevole. Arredamento modesto ma dignitoso.

Per visitare le chiese di San Francesco è perfetto per posizione e rapporto qualità\prezzo. Il personale è stato gentile e pronto a venirci incontro in alcune piccole necessità legate alla nostra bimba di tre mesi...da ritornarci!
