In the village of Follina, on the Prosecco wine route (a delicious white wine from the region), the Villa Abbazia is a prime example of the XVIIth century palatial-like summer residences of the Venetian aristocracy. It enjoys a romantic, tranquil and intimate setting. The ideal base from which to explore the surrounding countryside, savour Venetian cuisine in the restaurant «La Corte» and visit Treviso, Asolo and Venice. L'atmosfera famigliare, calda, avvolgente. La cura dei particolari, l'eleganza e la raffinatezza degli ambienti, I fiori sparsi ovunque con buon gusto. Suggestiva la posizione, l'hotel si trova in una zona strategica per visitare le innumerevoli bellezze artistiche del Veneto, regione che considero una delle più belle e complete d'Italia. Pur consapevoli del livello degli hotels appartenenti alla categoria dei Relais & Chateaux, I prezzi di questo albergo e dei servizi offerti (cena, aperitivi) mi sono sembrati piuttosto alti.
