Staff friendliness, Room cleanliness
Hotel gardens. Proximity to beach, in quieter end of Monterosso. Nice room.
No tea or coffee making facility in rooms! No small fridge in room. Pay for pool/beach towels! Luggage problems getting from street front to hotel reception. ALL eggs at breakfast HARD boiled.
Location was perfect. Within walking distance of train station and restaurants, shopping, beach and ferries.
Accommodations, decor and bathroom feel and appear institutional.
Large, comfortable room. Helpful staff. Immaculate grounds. Very good value for optional in hotel dinner. Overall, good value for price.
More than 7 minute walk (at least with luggage) from rail station.
location, staff, food...dinners were very good and very reasonable, accomodations.
Whats not to like!! Everything about our stay here exceeded our expectations!
Weather on the first day.
Clean and comfortable room. It is on a quite street and surrounded by mature trees. The dining room is large and nice. Free parking at the site.
You can hear the sound of the adjacent rooms. The shower stall is very small. The internet connection is spotty.
How close was to everything.
There was train passing almost every hour even at night. It woke me up everysingle time. Don't eat dinner in the hotel restaurant. Felt like retirement home. Go out soooo many great choices even one restaurant that was nominated by Michelin.
Location was closer to the train station than the historical center. Close to restaurants. Great parking
Staff were not helpful. Did not mention to make dinner reservations for restaurant. Did not offer wi-fi info. Can be steep for older people
Clean, plenty of amenities, and a short walk to the train station and the old town. Also a laundromat near by that will do one load of dirty clothes for less than USD 20 and deliver back to the hotel.
Small shower space, it's at the far edge of the new town (but still close to everything distance wise), and hotel staff could be friendlier.
It is so clean and very easy to get to. When it comes to finding a good spot in Cinque Terre, it's hard to find a place that has parking, is easy access from the train station (E.G., Corniglia is a long climb from the train station), and is clean. I thought it was very good value for money. My one complaint is its internet speed, but it's free so I guess it's hard to complain.
The internet speed is slow, but at least it's free! I would have liked a paid option for at least some faster service. Some days you just need to be connected.
Good location near the hotel and it's not hard to find. The staff were friendly. When revisit cinque terre, I will stay here again.
We loved our stay at the Hotel Villa Adriana. Quietly situated in Monterosso. The Hotel is quaint, very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and so helpful. This is a great value! A nightly stay which includes breakfast and dinner. There are not a lot of dining options in the town so this really is a nice touch! We will definitely recommend Hotel Adriana to our friends and family.
If you come in by rail the new town is the place to stay because of the short walk from the station and Hotel Adriana is perfect. A short with minimal steps. Nice room, good for sleeping and good location for Cinque Terre. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful..
For Wifi you had to log back in almost every time you used it which was aggravating. Because of being tired from travelling we ate at the hotel the first night. The food was very mediocre and bland. Not a good value at 18 euros.
The cleanliness and breakfast buffet
The pillow is too soft and flat
They just give you towels and an avarage breakfast. 1 night 150 euro.
We definitely enjoyed the mistress and pillows with memory foam . Very comfortable after a day if intense hiking in the Cinque Terre. Breakfast was delicious and staff pleasurable. Very clean!! The room was spacious with functioning airconditioning. It did had a slight mildest smell, but I felt it is just the constant humidity from the beach and the sur conditioning keeps it cool... Hard to dry it out I guess. Regardless it was a great place to stay and would stay again.
Location Breakfast selections
Expensive for this type of facility
We had to leave all the windows and doors open whenever we were in the room, the moldy smell will give you the worst headache. If you stay here, don't plan on using the internet... ever. It's such a joke!
Location, great food, friendly and helpful staff, value for money.
+The view from the room +Excellent staff & cleanliens
- Internet is very slow as I have met many hotels in Italy - Price -Price per night for a 3 star hotel - bit expensive .
A good hotel in a great location only 150m from the beach. Staff were very helpful and the breakky on offer was excellent. Free parking was a bonus in an area that is not very car friendly.
A good hotel but very dated in its decor. Linoleum floor with wood panel highlights. Double bed was made up of two singles and very saggy in the middle. A noisy room near the side road and not very good value for money given the boutique Bnbs nearby which offer a better value proposition and much more intimacy.
welcoming and friendly staff Cleanliness-sparkling! Comfort of the room Breakfast on the balcony with a nice view
a bit far from the old town but this makes it more quiet in the evening and at night which is an advantage
I liked the view we had from our balcony of the sea. Hotel was very clean. Close to train station.
Shower very small
Location to restaurants and train station Great breakfast Cleanliness Balcony view
