the staff --all were eager to help. I had trouble backing up a standard transmission car on an incline and without even asking, the gentlemen checking us in had come to see about us and was at my car window. He backed up the car for me and then he and another gentlemen carried our luggage up two flights of stairs to elevator on lobby floor. Location was great--very close to shopping and restaurants. Pretty mountain view from our window. Room and bath were great for us. Breakfast offered a lot and lady so very sweet and attentive. Would definitely stay again.

the room is old and the bathing area is so small that it can just accommodate for one person. the location is not close to the bus station . It took 20 mins (with luggage ) to walk from the hotel to the bus stop ( up the hill). The owner is not helpful at all. When we arrive at the bus station, it was raining so hard and cold. we didn't know how to get there and called the hotel and hoped he could pick us up. He refused and only offered to call us a taxi. The 5 mins taxi cost us $13 euro.

Fantastic breakfast with a lovely lady serving it. Comfy beds with proper duvets. Friendly guy at the desk who even gave us a lift to the bus station when we left (don't expect this). Best value restaurant in town is next door.

On quite a busy road so you do hear the traffic if overlooking it but there is good double glazing and it is quieter at night.

Renata very obliging very little English. Location is good ,

Question if this is a Hotel? More a v good B and B. Cortina in June is wet, and town half closed until July.

The owner is great, an extremely welcoming host.

However, I cannot say the same for the personnel. If you like your room warm, this hotel may not be the best option for visits in May. Since it is not the highest season, heaters are shut down at 00:00 (although we noted it in our reservation), and the room gets really cold.

We loved that the bike rental shop was next door and next to that was a good local Resturant. It was close to town and plenty of walking paths. The Dolomiti's are a wonderful location with beautiful views and opportunity to get out on the well marked trails. It was a family owned small hotel, they made you feel very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The mom made wonderful breakfastb cakes!

We hoped for larger decks and views but in reality it was still too cool to sit out.

This hotels ran by the owner, who is lives on the sight and is available to advise you and help with any arrangements you need to make. Home cooked breakfast was excellent. Rooms large and clean with incredible views in all directions. 5 minute walk to centre or take bus from across road to all major points in town. Contact owner for advise about your stay. Has lift.

    No negatives.

A really nice small hotel with a real Alpine feel. A friendly CLEAN hotel. The breakfast was excellent, especially the home baked breads and pastries. Great location one block from world-class shopping, ski bus stop out front, parking and next door to ski shop. I highly recommend this Family-run establishment.

Excellent location next to ski rental and good restaurant, also 2mins from the ski bus stop so that's a huge plus. Very clean, comfortable and big rooms, well heated, and we really appreciated the hospitality of the hotel owners and staff.

I really appreciated the personal service we were given by Renata and Elio during our stay. It is a very friendly hotel, which offered good value. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. It was close to the ski bus and also a short walk to the centre of town. Great selection for breakfast.
