From the moment we arrived to the point that we left every minute was an absolute pleasure. The staff were 1st class and a quick tour of the hotel and facilities was a first in my experience. Superb location and an extremely nice and pleasant place to stay. We used the Spa which was a welcome haven from the winter cold. Highly recommended. Tutto perfetto. |

One of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed in during 30 years of traavel, with an undescribably beautiful view from the room (But see below) We had ordered an upgraded room with 2 easy chairs. We were at first taken to something that resembled a broom closet more than a room - barely space for a bed - no room for regular chairs never mind comfortable ones. In short - get rid of the lousy rooms first.When i told them that under no circumstances would we accept this one, we were given a beautiful large room with a setee overlooking the lake. Caveat emptor! Food in the main restaurant was poor and overpriced, excellent in the other one. |

The hotel was absolutely beautiful with spectacular views. We felt pampered and it was a wonderful & luxurious couple of nights. The food was exceptional but It was very expensive to eat there on an evening. |

Super luxueus hotel met alles wat bij superluxe hoort. Vriendelijk personeel, leuke wellness, parking voor de deur, ontbijt met zicht op isola bella, super ontbijt, .... Voor een hotel van deze allure zouden de plastieken ligzetels mogen vervangen worden. |

Eigenlijk weinig , was zeer saai daar en het eten was voor een Leading Hotel ronduit slecht Wilde eerder uitchecken , moesten alsnog voor een halve nacht betalen , eten nogmaals ronduit slecht . |

Très bel hôtel et décoration,bien situé.Très beaux salons et salles de restaurants. Très propre. Belle vue. Ensemble très luxueux. Buffet petit déjeuner ferme trop tôt, le prix du restaurant pas en rapport avec la qualité de ce dernier. Les salons, cage d'escalier, tableaux ne sont pas éclairés(des économies?!..) dommage car cela altère la beauté de l'endroit.Pas de musique d'ambiance. Maître d'hôtel (buffet petit déjeuner) un peu limite. Pas de voiturier. Réception trop petite. |

Die Aussicht auf den See und die Inseln für ein " Superior room" viel zu kleine Zimmer,Fussweg nach Stresa nur auf der Hauptstrasse ohne Fussweg möglich ,Zugang zum Strand nur durch Überquerung der Hauptstrasse möglich,Shuttle Bus ungenügend oft,Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht. |

aussergewöhnliche freundlichkeit u zuvorkommenheit der hotelmitarbeiter...tolle aussicht auf den lago maggiore vom styling zu klassisch..normale zimmer wirken zu erdrückend..auf einer seite luxuriöser schein, auf der anderen seite kunststoffbadewannen im bad..passt meiner meinung nach nicht..extrakosten für saunabenutzung..sollte im 5-sterne bereich incl sein..restaurante: essen ist nicht schlecht, allerdings erwartet man in einer kategorie wie dieser, mehr, etwas besonderes |

Hôtel très rafiné et richement décoré , avec une magnifique terrasse et piscine agréable. Les salles de restauration donnent directement sur le lac.La voiture est nécessaire pour se rendre à Stresa et au départ des bateaux pour les superbes iles borromées.quartier très tranquille malgres la proximité de la route. Le spa " la grotta " douches à jets, jacuzzi, hammam est un peu cher ( 45euros la journée ) mais magnifique il mais manque un sauna, les massages sont divins.Que du bonheur ! La chambre vue jardin donnait plutôt sur l'arrière de l'hôtel, moins joli mais très calme |

さすが５つ星、全てにおいて良かったです。バルコニー付きの湖が見える部屋で、お風呂にジャグジーもあり快- 適でした。レストランでもサービスも満足、お味も満足でリッチな気分になれました。 やはり料金は高い。専用ビーチがあると書いてあったが、ビーチではなく桟橋（？）からドボンという感じでし- た。日光浴できる芝生みたいなスペースはありました。ストレーザの船着き場まで少し距離があります。 |
