Villa Arcadio is in Salò, on the hills above Lake Garda. A former monastery of the 18th century, it offers a lake-view outdoor swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Beautifully-restored, Hotel & Resort Villa Arcadio boasts charming interiors. Rooms are spacious and come with free internet, LCD satellite TV, and views of the lake or the surrounding countryside. Drinks are available on the terrace, where breakfast is also served when the weather's nice. The restaurant with lounge bar serves tasty, elegantly presented meals. Facilities were very comfortable being both clean and modern, staff were very friendly and attentive if required, we found it very relaxing and peaceful even with our young children with us and the location was excellent- the view was amazing over the lake although only 5 min from Salo.

Altes Gemäuer stilvoll und sensibel modern renoviert, bis in jede Kleinigkeit. Das Personal ist äußerst kompetent und hilfsbereit, die Eigentümer sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend (der Eigentümer hat uns am ersten Abend mit seinem Auto den einfachsten Weg nach Saló gezeigt, auch wo wir parken können und wie wir wieder zum Hotel zurückfinden, nachdem das Navi uns bei der Anfahrt einen ziemlich unmöglichen Weg vorgegeben hatte). Die Preise für zusätzliche Leistungen (Frühstück war bei unserem Zimmer nicht inbegriffen, Sauna, Beauty-Anwendungen etc.) sind stolz. Das Abendessen war sehr gut, der empfohlene Wein exzellent, die Rechnung allerdings auch dementsprechend...

Dit tot luxe hotel omgebouwde oude klooster ligt op een magnifieke locatie. Vanaf een heuvel nabij Salò heeft het overal (terras, zwembad, kamers) een fantastisch uitzicht over het Gardameer. Nog een pré: geen last van de grote drukte in dit gebied. Heel goed restaurant, heerlijk zwembad. Kamers zijn, zoals je van een hotel met dit prijsniveau mag verwachten, goed / keurig, maar doen wel wat 'tuttig' aan qua styling / inrichting. Past overigens wel goed bij het totale ontwerp en het publiek.

Een heel fijn persoonlijjk hotel,vriendelijke mensen,gastvrij,met een prachtig uitzicht over de olijfgarden,en het gardameer.Het ligt rustig in de heuvels bij Salo.Een prima keuken.Je hebt hier een thuisgevoel. Dat we niet meteen de kamer kregen die we besteld hadden,maar dit werd heel goed opgelost.De eerste 2 nachten een kamer voor de halve prijs en bij het eten een gratis fles wijn.En een vriendelijke uitleg door de eigenaresse van het hotel.

Wir kannten die Villa Arcadio bereits da wir schon einige male dort zum Abendessen waren. Übernachtet haben wir zum ersten mal im Hotel. Wir haben sofort bei der Ankunft anstatt des Doppelzimmer eine Suite bekommen zum selben Preis. Für mich eines der besten Hotels am See, besonders Romantisch für Paare geeignet, traumhaft schöne Lage. Mit Kindern würde ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Ich freue mich schon wieder auf den nächsten Besuch in der Villa Arcadio, eins habe ich noch vergessen, das Essen ist super!!!

Ausstattung des Hotels: sehr geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail. Beeindruckender Pool. Sehr hochpreisig bei Getränken und beim Abendessen. Geschmacklich war das Essen O.k, aber es war ausgesprochen wenig. Trotz den wenigen Zimmern fehlte es an einer persönlichen Atmosphäre.

Die Villa Arcadio ist ein sehr gut und mit persönlichem Engagement geführtes kleines Hotel. Die Lage innerhalb eines Olivenhains und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung sind überzeugend, das Personal war sehr engagiert und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Diese ehemalige Kloster versprüht Charme und ist einfach ein wunderschönes Domizil, in dem sowohl der Inhaber als auch das ganze Personal freundlich und aufmerksam ist.......!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice views - overlooking the lake and mountains. Very nice interior with lots of attention to detail, nice garden and pool area. The service could have been better. Also, there is some distant traffic noise from a main road nearby.

This hotel ensures maximum relaxation. Staff provided excellent service, location was good, room was perfectly clean and had all the necessary amenities. We'll be back :) Although very luxurious and a view over Lake Garda, the price is pretty steep (even for the holiday season)
