The setting; beautiful grounds & room; swimming pool; service; friendliness & helpfulness of staff; good quality of food Very expensive, although as I say quality was good. Can one justify €9 for a pot of tea? Poor soundproofing in the villa; when the room upstairs used their bathroom it sounded like water was pouring into our room. |

Excellent hotel, lovely interior and outdoor garden space, good location, it was a nice surprise to have SKY TV in the room. Would recommend the hotel. It is actually ranked as 4stars superior. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the standard of service was excellent. The hotel itself was of very high quality. We would recommend hiring bikes at the hotel as a hugely enjoyable way of getting around. A bus stop is conveniently located within 20 yards of the hotel and offers the potential to travel to Lucca and Florence with a simple change at Viareggio. |

The garden is perfect A normal price per 1 day in this region for a beach is 8-10 Euro. But, price for a hotel’s beach is 26 Euro per person per 1 day. Unbelievable!!!!! And for 26 Euro we didn’t get towels at a beach and according to rules of the Hotel we can’t take towels from the room. And the last, the page of the hotel doesn’t have information about 26 Euro!!!!! |

Villa antica di charme ben tenuta, pulizia ineccepibile.Bel parco, vicinanza al mare e sistemazione di elite in spiaggia anche se a pagamento. Stanza un po troppo piccola. |

colazione varie e buono. staff gentile. Struttura bella e originale e vicino a spiaggia. lo spazio per bimbi nel giardino non sembrava molto curato. Nonostante che l'attrezzatura(giochi) fosse molto bella, mia bambina non ha goduto a causa dell'erba cresciuta e cespugli (anche formiche, zanzare e altri insetti sui giochi) |

Staff gentilissimo, bella la piscina, il ristorante all'aperto e la colazione a buffet davvero ottimi. Parcheggio interno gratuito, che non guasta mai ed un bellisssimo parco curatissimo. |

L'albergo ha un bel parco, la pulizia è ottima, lo staff è cortese. Il mare è vicino. Non ha una spiaggia privata ma ci sono molti stabilimenti vicini. Lo consigliamo per un soggiorno tranquillo e riposante. |

Hotel splendidoe silenzioso situato all'interno di un grande parco (molto curato) e a due passi dal mare. Camere spaziose (e la mia era una camera "classica" normale!) e perfettamente pulite! Infatti venivano rifatte 2 volte al giorno: al mattino e la sera prima di coricarsi.Colazione internazionale super abbondante e ottima! Personale gentile e disponibile, piscina, campo da tennis e sala massaggi. Lo consiglio assolutamente! |
