Newly built building with nice modern design. The two floors had a separate toilette which was very convenient because we were two couples

The double bed on the second floor was not a normal bed but a sofa-bed.

Spacious apartment, nice garden, living room, clean facilities, everything was perfect!

Despite the fact that location is out of the centre, the bus stop is right beside, so that is not a problem.

Absolutely stunning place, the studio apartment was very big and beautifully furnished. Toilette was immaculate and the whole place was spotless.

Nothing really, one of the best places we have been at. We will definitely be back.

Style of apartment

20 euro charge if kitchenette not left spotless. No cleaning materials. Could buy for 5 euros but they had no cleaning kits left as last one sold the week before. Had to walk into the high rise estates at night to find a supermarket to by cleaning materials. Appalled. Hotel next to lorry depot No English speaking TV channels

The Villa is located in a very quiet area, the accommodation is modern and everything works well. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We have since returned to the same apartment for another break as we enjoyed it so much. It is a 25 minute bus ride to the Florence city centre.

The cutlery and crockery caters for two or three only.

We like the modern decoration, good facilities including of all the kitchenwares. You get everything you need.

Isolated location, not easy to find restaurant nearby, breakfast too simple.

Villa Aruch is perfectly located near the airport if you need someplace to stay while transitioning through Firenze. The property is a compound in a very congested area and is absolutely beautiful--a perfect haven after a long trip. The accommodations are beautiful and there is a common room and lawn area for guests to use during nice weather. The price is unbelievable--we did not expect the pictures to be accurate representations and chose Villa Aruch for the location since we were only staying one night before starting a road trip through Italy. But Villa Aruch is actually even nicer than the pictures suggest!

The one disadvantage to the location is the lack of restaurants nearby. There is a pizza place across the highway that is easy to get to by foot, but no sit down restaurants within walking distance.

I liked the newness, the comfort and the close proximity to the airport. I especially liked the way Claudia managed things. Keep her. She's good.

The villa was absolutely well designed and the facilities were top class. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a bus service to the city centre (15 minutes) and a lot of small reatuarants around

It was a little out of town with not many food option close by.

Nicely designed hotel. They don't serve breakfast but did give us a basket of goodies as a fix for our first morning. The rooms are clean and the staff very helpful.

It is a bit far from town, so you have to catch the bus which is like a 15-20min ride, but buses are quite frequent.

Amazingly designed room, very beautiful. Room was very spacious and had a very nice and big shower, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. The room was completely sound proof. Free parking. The owner was very kind and helpful ! To sum things up I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling by car.

Location was not so good, but if you are traveling by car it's not such a big deal.

I liked the professional staff (both the Italian and the Romanian), very welcoming, offered us a free upgrade to a loft apartment and a bottle of local wine when we left. Welcome basket in the room. Villa is very new but used to be an antique villa, very nicely decorated and unique styles in each room. Beautiful garden where you can have your own breakfast (would be even better if breakfast would be provided).

Very comfortable, large, modern and stylish apartements. Very fiendly staff. If you trevel by car or dont afraid of 20-30 min bus to center - its great choice for you!

The villa by itself is very attractive and compact, everything you needed are within your reach and available. The beds and the whole loft is very comfortable. We had a good stay at Villa Aruch and the nights are so comforting after a whole day of travelling within the citiies of Florence. We even had the chance to wash our used-up clothes since washing machine is available. Very accessible and not far from the train station, transportation lines are also available, but one need to be well informed as to the rates so as not to get into a difficult arrangement with taxis, car hires, etc.

It could have been better if the package was on Bed and Breakfast since it was a bit of a hassle for me to do some shopping, cooking and preparing for five people as we are on a holiday trip. Otherwise, everything is okay.

Competent and friendly staff and rooms well decorated and clean ! The place really made me fell at home. Comfort, privacy and great service. I strongly recommend the Villa Aruch for those demanding a good quality standard.

I just loved Villa Aruch. The design of this Villa and the rooms was beautiful, clean and bright. I was so impressed by the brilliant attention to detail and all the extras that were not necessary but all went together to make Villa Aruch outstanding and a wonderful experience. The only staff member we met (Mr Clooney) was a delight and so helpful. The Historical Centre of Florence was only a short bus trip away and the bus stop was very close to Villa Aruch
