It was close to to the lake and the motorway. Also close to the railway station The hotel was very hard to find. The area wasn't great for choice of restaurants etc maybe due to the time of year we were there. If you can't speak Italian then I suggest you stay somewhere else. The gentleman on reception apparently could not speak english and was rude to say the least. |

we had superior corner lake view room - large terrace on 2 sides with privacy and great views. Excellent location just off lakeside in old town but 5 mins from restaurants and ferry landing stage. |

Free of charge car park on hotel premises. Central location of the hotel in Baveno city center. Railway station and dockside of excursion boats within easy reach. Small frige for beverages in the room. WiFi free of charge as well. |

La chambre "supérieure" est très confortable; nous avons apprécié la terrasse attenante à la chambre, l'accès gratuit à Internet et le petit frigo dans la chambre. The "Superior" room was very comfortable; we appreciated the private patio adjoining the room, free access to Internet and the small fridge in the room. We stayed at this hotel on May 21st and 22nd 2009. The temperature outside was unusually hot and humid, 90 degrees F. 30 degress C. This made the temperature in the room very unconfortable. We asked if the air conditioned could be turned on; we were answered that it was impossible before June 1st, because of some regional regulation. |

Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa, huone siisti ja aamupala oli meille riittävä. Hyvät parkkipaikat. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and breakfast enough for us. Herkkäunisia läheinen junarata voi häiritä, ei kylläkään meitä! It's possible that people who are light sleepers are disturbed about railway, but not us! |

The location was excellent and the view from the room was very good. The staff was nice and free internet. The breakfast was very minimal, the bread was never fresh. |

The hotel is located in the beautiful historical centre of the Baveno, just near the main church. It's just 5 minutes walk from lake side and from the boat station from where you can easily get to the Borromeo islands and elsewhere around the lake. The room was nice and clean, the view from the room was beautiful. The hotel has its own parking. It was tricky to find the hotel. |

Excellente localisation à l'écart de la route principale. Belle chambre (#403) avec balcon sud-est donnant sur le lac. Le parking de l'hôtel est très pratique. |

Les trains qui passent à 50 mètres même la nuit au minimum 2 ou 3 fois par heure! En outre la clim ne fonctionnant pas en demi saison on a le bruit fen^tre ouverte ou un manque d'air fenêtre fermée |

Für uns hatte es ein absolutes 4-Sterne-Niveau, da wir in den Genuss eines neuen Zimmers im 4.Stock (Dachaufstockung!) mit Seeblick kamen! Moderne & großzügige Zimmer mit schönem Dachbalkon. Hiervon gibt es nur ca. 6 Stück. Sehr gute Hotellage, kurzer Fußweg zum See. Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden sowie Lift. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet. Nicht ganz so einfach zu finden, direkt im Zentrum, schmale Gassen zur Einfahrt. |
