The room, staff friendliness and view were worthy of a four-star hotel. Unfortunately, however, the fitness room was very limited (no free weights or workout area) and hot, it seems the thermostat was not working well that week. Our bathroom spa did not work properly, it made a high-pitched screeching noise when turned on. When leaving Bellagio, the staff was supposed to bring our bags to the pier 15 minutes before our boat departed, but they were late and we missed our boat.
Helpful, friendly staff, who were very accommodating when we had questions about hiking and dinner reservations. We had an absolutely beautiful view from the terrace off of our room. Food from room service was very good and the breakfast buffet was also nice, but it would have been good to have low-fat milk and yogurt options. We had a junior suite on the first floor, which has a large terrace with lounge chairs as well as a table and chairs and a spectacular view. Our room had windows on three sides, which made particularly nice, and we liked the decor.
