Lovely hotel outside the busy centre. Oasis of calm with adequate free parking, possible to walk into the city (20 minutes) but very convenient for the bus and inexpensive taxi ride. Good size attractive room with spacious beautifully fitted bathroom., Good continental buffet breakfast with reasonable choice of cereals, bread cheese and cold meats. No...tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been perfect! |

The hotel is located in a very nice residential area sorrounded with beautiful vegetation at about 10 minutes driving distance from the historic center. Our room was very ample and well designed with a luxurious bathroom. Everything in our stay was great. |

The hotel was located in an isolated area where it was quiet, the accommodations were clean and interesting. The villa was romanic. On room was on the third floor with no elevator. However, that was not that important. |

The location was excellent for visiting Florence. It was really nice to have a hotel that was set in it's own grounds and parking there was no problem. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. |

The gardens around the property were lovely. Was just outside of the old city and convenient. The buffet breakfast was average. Warm milk! Stale crossaints. The shower did not work properly. |

Very cosy, quiet, nice hotel. Big advantage - its own green zone around the hotel and convenient parking. Breakfast in the fresh air - just beautiful! For breakfast we would like to add the eggs (omelette). |

great value for the money, beautiful hotel, great rooms, friendly staff, can really recommend this hotel to anyone! A great place to relax at after busy day! We never used the bus to go to the city centre as it was possible to walk. |

Friendly helpful staff, lovely surrondings, pleasant room with a luxury feel.Good reliable air conditioning. Being able to eat breakfast out side on terrace. Relaxing atmosphere. Safe parking. The location of the Hotel is in a lovely area of Florence which compensates for the significant walk into the centre the time for this being underestimated in the literature. |

Clean rooms, good location. free car park and good breakfast. not in old city but close enough with free car parking, which is not available in the old city. Mosquitoes! No lift so had to carry suitcases up stairs while staff watched on. I am a middle-aged woman and staff were two young men. So much for Italian chivalry! |

The hotel is a remodeled villa settled in a nice little park. The staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast is included and is offered with good choices and can be taken outside, which is nice. Parking is free and included in the price. The city tourbus has a stop only a few hundred meters away. Our children (2+4) liked playing in the garden. It's a little oasis in the city. Overall it was a good value for our price. The distance to the city center and to nearby restaurants (0.5km) has to be taken into account. |

The hotel was situated in its own grounds and within easy walking distance of the centre of Florence. It was a beautifully converted Tuscan villa. The breakfast buffet was very good and made a substantial start to a good day's site seeing in Florence. |

This really is a pretty villa. Simone was most helpful, and I enjoyed the quiet green environment. I would like to have a greater selection of drinks in the bar fridge. |

A quiet, relaxing `touch of country` very close to the city with bright, attractive facilities , courteous , helpful staff and excellent value for money No - only that we could not stay longer! Staff may help tourists by telling them that a form of ID ( such as passport or driver`s license ) is required to hire audio guides at major attractions so they do not leave them at hotel and get disappointed/frustrated after long queues eg.at Uffizi Gallery. Not hotel responsibility but would help guests new to Italy. |
