Hotel Villa Bonelli  

Pienehkö, kotoisa hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta, joka auttoi mielellään. Hotelli on hyvin siisti ja rauhallinen. Lähellä Firenzeä. Tiheästi kulkevilla busseilla pääsi hyvin Firenzeen.

Hotelli oli rauhallinen, mutta kuuluvuus huoneesta toiseen oli aika voimakasta. Puhe kuului selvästi, jos ei varonut. Omalla autolla hotellille ajaminen vaatii pientä extreme-henkeä, koska lähikatu hyvin kapea ja ajoluiska autotalliin varsin jyrkkä. Hyvin siitä kyllä naisenakin selvisin.

Shower cubicle is a bit too small

The location was good and allowed convenient access to Florence.

The rooms were rather noisy - sound went right through the walls and ceilings. The breakfast was rather Spartan.

the location was great, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and coffee at breakfast was excellent!

the breakfast buffet could be better, it is very basic: bread & croissants, ham, cheese, butter and jam, some fruit, and only flavored yoghurts. There was no plain yoghurt on offer, no eggs, no veggies. In sum, there is very little alternative for someone who might like to avoid carbs.

Resort was closed at end of September, complete shut down was not aware before booking.

I liked Kindness of all the staff.

But I had trouble with the garage wich I badly needed to carry my heavy baggage : it was very difficult to find an easy place to park, the space was uncomfortable because of the limited widht . On one of the 2 night of my staying there I had to park through the garage door because of that.

Difficult to locate by car and arrival parking was a problem.

Very good localization close to the bus stop to Firenze, beautiful views from the room on the hills, nice room (furniture in a classic style), working Internet (very unusual in a place that even boast of having it), very clean room (everyday cleaning)

Helpful staff but not very well informed (wrong information about need to pay for the parking in Fiesole, not knowing the prices of bus tickets) or not speaking English; the b&b parking practicly unavailable beacause located in basement with very steep and narrow entrance, impossible to park bigger car (perfect for smart or Fiat Panda). Finally we needed to park on public parking - free of charge but 10 minutes away (10 minutes going down or up the very steep hill); breakfast contained only processed food (no fresh bread, poor coffee); thin walls so we could hear our neighbours next door coughing half of the night

Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Clean and well run and certainly value for money.

Good option for staying in Fiesole, which is cooler than Florence in the summer and is accessible by a convenient bus (20 minutes). The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had an excellent breakfast.

great location and very clean and friendly

breakfasts were awful. processed bread, processed cheese, processed cold meat, processed cold drinks, processed croissants. a little more effort oin breakfasts would have made it 5 star all through. that said, breakfast staff were very friendly.

It is a very good hotel almost in the centre of Fiesole (which itself is a small but very charming and luxury place overlooking Florence). On another occasion I would definitely return.

Manager is really kind, together with the other staff. Everything is really nice and clean. Perfect!

Beautiful town for location, convenient public transportation if you want to travel to Firenze, Italy but plenty to see for a day or two in Fiesole itself! Wonderful views - very friendly town!

It is situated on a hill so there is a short walk as vans and cabs dont often drive to entrance.

Die Lage ist bestens, das Frühstück und das Personal ist OK. Die Parkplatzsituation ist zwangsläufig schwierig.

Die Dusche ist ein Tröpferlbad und das wenige das aus dem Duschkopf tröpfelt, ist auch noch kalt.
