Great location, lovely pool. Very eccentric building. So-called cooling system did not seem to work. 'Wet', ie no curtain or separation, shower room a bit weird, especially as it had no window and was permanently dank. Breakfast rather ordinary. Drive up to it not for the faint hearted - about a dozen hairpin turns. |

The location is convenient and very peaceful. It was interesting to eat with other guests at one large table. This is really a "guest house" rather than the traditional idea of a hotel. Nearest restaurants were a 10 minute drive or a 30 minute walk away, which limits the oppertunity to sample the local wines. |

We loved everything: the views are just stunning, everything you imagine Tucanny to be, the room was terrific, the swimming pool marvellous, the breakfasts excellent and the host Massimo was fun, gracious and a true gentleman - I had a problem with my foot and he was a great help. We noted comments about the approach to the hotel. As long as one is aware of the steep ascent, then it is no problem. |

Die Villa ist nur dank der guten Beschreibung zu finden. Die Lage in den Bergen bei Lucca ist optimal für die Besichtigung von Lucca. Die Villa hat einen eigenen bezaubernden Charakter und der Hausherr liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist sehr reizend War alles bestens |

Il palazzo è molto bello e anche il panorama che si gode. Ci hanno messo in una dependance posta a livello strada (strada interna di passaggio per andare al parcheggio) e le finestre erano senza tende, quindi sempre finestre chiuse. |

La Villa esta en la montaña con vistas increibles. Muy tranquilo y coqueto. Ideal para pasaar 4 o 5 dias. Dificil de encontrar. Baño poco luminoso y pequeño. |

perfecte ligging Badkamer was zeer smerig (voorzien van kakkerlak en schimmel). Douchedeurtjes dienen met uiterste voorzichtigheid geopend en gesloten te worden anders vallen ze uit de "rails". Het bed lag zeer oncomfortabel. Het ontbijt was zelfs voor Italiaanse begrippen zeer karig. |

super Lage des Hotels, familiäre und sehr freundliche Betreuung man darf nicht zu kleinlich sein gegenüber kleinen Mitbewohnern (Spinnen, Insekten), schliesslich wohnt man mitten in Grünen!!!! |
