The whole feel and ambience of this B&B was from a different era. Beautiful building and restored with attention to detail. Very pleasant lady who runs the place.

Too far to walk into the centre of Bassano del Grappa

Nothing. The hotel is no Villa.

It is no is located on a tiny road with bad visability next to the private villa Brocchi. The owner makes no effor to put out a sign so that it is very difficult to find....even with a GPS. There are many roads in the area with the same name. All other agritourisms have signs out. The room was musty smelling. The owner was unhelpful and acted like we were putting her out everytime we asked a question. The breakfast was very minimal. It was the worst place we stayed on our trip. It is not a farm....just has a large garden.

Great staff, great location, great value on the foothills of the Alps. We were able to do day trips to Verona, Venice and Nove. Within walking distance are a few wineries and restaurants with great food at great prices. The breakfast prepared every morning was phenomenal.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The owner does everything she can to make you feel at home. The room was spacious and very clean; the breakfast was extra generous and cakes were delicious! We were not very lucky with the weather, but still enjoyed having a glass of wine in the garden. The villa is not far from Bassano and we enjoyed the walk, but I understand that not everyone would be happy to walk along the main road in the dark (it is about 1.5 miles to the centre). Bassano is a lovely and VERY lively town. We had a great stay and will definitely stay at the villa again if we ever visit the area.

The place was a little hard to find. If driving from Bassano, put in the coordinates into your GPS, but look right, not left (as our Garmin told us). Pass a small road on your right, go past a couple of metal gates and take a tiny and very sharp turn right. The villa will be on your right. Try making it there while it's still light - otherwise, it is not easy! Well worth it though...

We liked the location, the views, the peace, the mountain air, the birds singing, the possibility to go for long walks. The owner Francesca is a charming lady who prepares amazing cakes for breakfast (and her home made jams are also spectacular). The place is steeped in history, and the nearby town of Bassano is an amazing place to visit, for its war links to the history of Italy as well as for the multiple choices of Grappa and Prosecco. Nearby there are also wonderful trattorie cooking regional food. Highly recommended.

This visit was our second and it was as fabulous as our first trip two years ago! The owner of the Villa is wonderful! She is kind, helpful and knowledgeable! Additionally you can purchase olive oil made by the family. Fantastic recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants! We highly recommend this facility!
