Stayed three days and traveled to different towns from the Villa. Very comfortable and convenient. Big comfortable room with kitchenette and patio. Christian and Barbara were very friendly and we were pleasantly surprised when their "wine tasting" turned out to be, in fact, a wine tasting dinner.

More rustic than I expected, but that actually turned out to be a plus! Internet is very intermittent.

The farmhouse is located in the vineyards. It is very quiet and relaxing with nice views on the hills. The owners are very friendly and helpful and they speak very good English. There are regular wine tastings with a lesson in winemaking. When tasting food is served; Fun and interesting. The restaurants in the neighbourhood - only reachable by car- are very good.

The distance to Greve is 15-20 minutes away, but about a winding mountain road. Restaurants are only accessible. by car.

Wonderful wooded setting. Friendly owners. Working farm. Signed up and really enjoyed tour and wine tasting and evening meal on site. Flexible. There as solo traveller for a few days but able to share holiday with family who were staying longer in another apartment so shared meals, pool and outings together.

The host is very nice and helpful. If you have got a car, it would be easy to explore the Chianti Area.

Barbara and Christian are very helpful and friendly. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. Their recommendations for places to eat and ways to get around were wonderful. Christian's wine tasting tips were great and insightful. Would recommend staying here without hesitation.

    Lack of screens on windows.

Barbara and her son Christian were delightful hosts. Their farmhouse is in the middle of peaceful vineyards and olive groves. Ideal for trips to Greve - a charming little town.

The only accommodation in 18 days without breakfast - but we were aware of this, and prepared.

The owners were amazing - friendly, informative and warm. The bed was pure comfort, not the iron and hard mattress kind one usually gets in Tuscany. The wine, home grown, is splendid and well priced.

A bit off the beaten track but well worth the effort. The kitchen cupboards were locked, only to be opened for a fee to cover cleaning.

This is our second visit to Villa Buonasera and we hope to return many times in the years to follow. This time we visited as a family group and had a wonderful large apartment with two bathrooms and a lovely private terrace. We sat out late at night listening to the sound of owls's a wonderful place to "get away from it all" and Barbara and Christian always extend the warmest of welcomes.Thank you again from us all.

My wife and me stayed here for six nights and we really didn't want to leave. I wish we'd stay there for another month... Amazing views, great wine and may be the most important, very hospitable owners: charming Barbara and her son Christian. Now I like Italy even more...

    Clean Nice staff Helpful

Wifi did not work Too much fine threats (leave dirty dishes-50 euro fine) The place is in the middle of the a valley, not a classic chianti view

The family were very friendly and helpful. The Agritissimo 's location and grounds were beautiful. We were fortunate to be there when a wine tasting was taking place and were invited as guests of the family. This was very informative and the typical Tuscan food that went with each wine tasted was delicious. All in all a wonderful experience

Barbara and her son Christian are exemplary hosts! This is a great spot to spend a few days in Tuscany! Close to Florence,Sienna and other towns, but far away enough for peace and quiet. We loved their wine tasting and dinner they provided for their guests. Units have everything one needs, whether you decide to do some cooking or go to the nearby town for dinner. It is perfect for Tuscany!

    Nothing to dislike!

The hospitality at Villa Buonasera Agriturismo was warm and welcoming. The hosts invited us as their guests to join an Australian group on a tour of the winery, which included a wine pairing with dinner. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location in Greve, in the heart of Chianti was a perfect home base. Wish we stayed more than our pre- planned two days. Hosts very helpful! Plus, it was much more personal than staying in a hotel. Charming. Would certainly stay again!

There was nothing not to like!
