The villa itself echoes the feeling of the sicilian countryside, filled with palm trees, olive trees and immense greenery which makes it so picturesque, ideal for relaxing but at the same time close to Modica and modern amenities.
The hotel is also close to the sea with kilometers of rose sand beaches. Taormina, Etna, Agrigento and Siracuse are also close by.
The hotel can also organise day trips, with a minimum of 10 people, these include trekking and mountain biking.

An oasis in Modicas' ugly suburbs, like staying at some distant relations' country house, the charm and goodwill of the hosts - definitely not a chain hotel. Italy has long led in the latin competition (mainly against Spain and Greece) for most ugly suburbs, and Modica is no slouch: A certain Mr. Dayscount (obviously someone of some influence in the island birthplace of the Mafia, for no one bats an eyelid) has, for his part, managed to erect a brilliantly lighted billboard at the hotel (and only at the hotel). Fortunately, it's only really visible from the parking lot, but without it the place would be perfect! |

it was overpriced for the standard of the accomodation provided - breakfast was poor and the bathroom -the less said the bettter - overall the accomodation was that disappointing that we left and found alternative true 4* accomodation in Ragusa at half of the price. |

Beautiful villa with swimming pool, helpful & friendly staff, nice restaurant Shower not hot. Tea and coffee at breakfast not hot. For 4 star hotel, breakfast could be better. Close to industrial area. |

Douche de notre première chambre avec un écoulement difficile et de propreté très insuffisante (derrière la porte coulissante) et l'autre défaut est l'éloignement de modica avec difficulté importante pour trouver. Environnement le plus proche = zone industrielle!!!!!! |

La cortesia del personale e la bellezza della Villa, restaurata in maniera molto accurata e dotata di una atmosfera piacevolissima. La posizione, fuori dal centro, la rende tranquilla ed permette di visitare facilmente Modica e le belle città vicine che raggiungere il mare. Le camere sono eleganti e molto confortevoli. Una sosta piacevolissima. Si sente la mancanza di un piccolo Bar nel corpo centrale, anche perchè quello del Ristorante è chiuso nel pomeriggio fino alle 19. |

Localisation près de Raguse. Penser à prendre un GPS pour rentrer de nuit... Chambre très calme avec un balcon privatif (pour chaque chambre louée). Jolie piscine. Frigo très bruyant. Accueil très froid par une dame qui n'a fait aucun effort de communication tout à l'opposé de la personne qui nous a préparé le petit déjeuner matinal et avec qui nous avons eu un échange en anglais très intéressant. Pas de restauration le lundi, jour de notre passage. |

Disponibilità del personale, stanza e bagno ampi e puliti, facile da trovare appena fuori il centro abitato di Modica, sulla statale per Noto/Siracusa. Ex villa di campagna perfettamente ristrutturata. Da rimarcare la cena nel loro ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato bene ad un prezzo onestissimo. |

la villa è ben tenuta e l'accoglienza calorosa. Segnalo il ristorante che è collegato alla villa. Il menu turistico da 13 euro è un ottimo prezzo considerato la qualità della cucina molto curata. Servizio inpeccabile. |

Ben ristrutturata la vecchia Villa Cannizzo che conserva arredamento d'epoca; comoda per la vicinanza alla città di Modica Difficile da trovare; forse devono specificare meglio l'indirizzo.Facendo il punto sul satellitare l'indirizzo veniva esposto con l'aggiunta di " .... malvagia nr.7" |

La struttura dell'hotel è rispettosa delle tradizioni locali. Atmosfera accogliente e personale gentile. Rispetto al contesto i vasi di plastica e il frigobar in camera sono un pugno nell'occhio. Il frigobar oltretutto è rumoroso (meglio spegnerlo). |

Da das Restaurant geschlossen war, haben die Angestellten sich sofort bemüht, uns ein gutes Lokal in der Nähe zu empfehlen. Mit einer Reservierung und einem Routenplan ausgerüstet landeten wir in einer tollen Trattoria mit sizilianischer Livemusik. |
