Culture Hotel Villa Capodimonte  

The wait staff were absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal for those driving or those looking to enjoy museo capidimonte. Taxis to and from the historical centre were reasonable and the terrace/garden was an afternoon delight for both nights we were there. We would highly recommend if travelling by car and want to be be a little away from the bust centre. Breakfast was great value as well.

Parking could be tough is busy.

Location, dinning room closed saterday and sunday evening, not a 4star as claimed. A toasti made by the hotel porter was the only food availible. Breakfast basic.

Had very clean facilities and rooms.

it's location...very difficult to get to. The rooms were clean, however they had a very musty, damp, moldy odour. It had no restaurant or any facilities to provide a meal. There were also no places to buy food around the hotel area...the area also seemed very sketchy or danderous.

Proximity to the airport, less than 10 minutes driving, but be sure to have good directions! The family room is a spacious flat with large beds and separate childrens' room. It has a very nice bathroom with separate shower and tub.

We found this 4 star hotel through the Michelin Hotel Guide, and expected pretty much. But the hotel gives a worn impression, it's not to well kept, even though the room was satisfactory. The Hotel is hard to find and you have to go through some really small and bumpy streets to get there. We made a wrong turn and found ourselves in the narrowest streets possible for a car (we do not recommend inexperienced or nervous chauffeurs to drive much in Naples, the streets are poor and the traffic's insane). The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the piccolo showing us to the room wasn't that nice, he didn't even offer to help us with all our luggage. The hotel boasts of wi-fi connection everywhere inside the hotel, but you have to pay for it, and 20 euros for half a day is a bit steep (it should have been a free service in a hotel like this). It turned out that the wi-fi didn't cover our room, so we tried to connect with a ethernet cable. It worked for a few minutes, but was disconnected frequently (maybe because we use macs..?), and finally late in the evening we gave up trying. When checking out early the next morning we pointed this out to the receptionist, but he couldn't refund anything, he said, and we didn't have the time to argue. The food wasn't what we expected from a Michelin recommended hotel, every course was a bit tasteless.

Quiet, Excellent Staff, Modern, clean, attractive, and nice bed. Four store hotel in a two star setting.

Difficult to find, nothing to do or eat nearby.

pulizia e confort

Hotellet har en god beliggenhed, rolige omgivelser med udsigt over Napoli. Med taxi nås byen s centrup på ca. 10 min. Taxi koster 12 eur, men er givet godt ud. Morgenmad kunne købes for 10 eur,var ok.

Connessione wireless a Internet è costosa. Su una struttura di tale livello potrebbe essere gratuita.

Tranquillità del luogo e gentilezza del personale

La location non è delle migliori in quanto la struttura è posizionata in fondo ad una strada stretta e spesso difficoltosa da percorrere se si incontrano autoveicoli in senso contrario. Ma questo genera tranquillità di pernottamento lontani dai frastuoni cittadini.
