Not a lot. Location, dinning room closed saterday and sunday evening, not a 4star as claimed. A toasti made by the hotel porter was the only food availible. Breakfast basic.

Had very clean facilities and rooms. it's location...very difficult to get to. The rooms were clean, however they had a very musty, damp, moldy odour. It had no restaurant or any facilities to provide a meal. There were also no places to buy food around the hotel area...the area also seemed very sketchy or danderous.

Proximity to the airport, less than 10 minutes driving, but be sure to have good directions! The family room is a spacious flat with large beds and separate childrens' room. It has a very nice bathroom with separate shower and tub. We found this 4 star hotel through the Michelin Hotel Guide, and expected pretty much. But the hotel gives a worn impression, it's not to well kept, even though the room was satisfactory. The Hotel is hard to find and you have to go through some really small and bumpy streets to get there. We made a wrong turn and found ourselves in the narrowest streets possible for a car (we do not recommend inexperienced or nervous chauffeurs to drive much in Naples, the streets are poor and the traffic's insane). The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the piccolo showing us to the room wasn't that nice, he didn't even offer to help us with all our luggage. The hotel boasts of wi-fi connection everywhere inside the hotel, but you have to pay for it, and 20 euros for half a day is a bit steep (it should have been a free service in a hotel like this). It turned out that the wi-fi didn't cover our room, so we tried to connect with a ethernet cable. It worked for a few minutes, but was disconnected frequently (maybe because we use macs..?), and finally late in the evening we gave up trying. When checking out early the next morning we pointed this out to the receptionist, but he couldn't refund anything, he said, and we didn't have the time to argue. The food wasn't what we expected from a Michelin recommended hotel, every course was a bit tasteless.

Convenient location to the airport The hotel charged us 40 euros for an additional bed for our child. The original room charge - through Bookings.com was only 85 euros. Breakfast was not included in the price - that was an additional 10 euros per person. Some other hotels were stayed at this summer charged 15 to 20 euros for the extra person - but that included breakfast.

The streets to reach the hotel are unacceptable. The breakfast buffet is very poor and, taking into account the location of the hotel, there is no alternative (there are no bars in the surroundings). The same happens with the dinners in case of traveling with children, they do not offer appropriate meals for children and there is no alternative in the surroundings. They gave us a room (102) without cellular phone coverage.

Staff preparato, gentilezza e diposnibilità rientrando in serata, nella camera abbiamo trovato un gatto.L'hotel essendo circondato da molto verde, a detta dello staff dell'albergo, è facile che si si lascia il balcone aperto, soprattutto ai primi piani, c'è la possibilità che entri qualche gatto.Cmq hanno subito provveduto a cambiarci camera, quindi staff preparato e molto gentile e disponibile.

Albergo davvero eccellente nel rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere ampie, accoglienti, silenziose e dotate di ogni confort. Pulizia impeccabile e staff cortese e gentile. Un consiglio: tornate la sera in albergo e rimanete per cena. Il ristorante è davvero all'altezza. Da consigliare vivamente

Il servizio impeccabile L'hotel è situato in una posizione troppo marginale, in una zona degradata e mal collegata dai servizi pubblici. Esite un servizio navetta, gratuito, di sola andata verso il centro città, solo con una o al massimo due corse mattutine.

La posizione tranquilla ma panoramica su Napoli. L'accoglienza e il silenzio della zona dato la città. Il verde che lo circondava. La stanza molto ampia e pulita. Suggerimento più che reclamo: la stanza era poco insonorizzata infatti al mattino mentre noi stavamo ancora dormendo con I nostri bimbi I nostri vicini di stanza erano già svegli e giocavano con I loro bambini e si sentivano chiaramente le parole e le risate. Manca un po' di privacy. Poi si sentiva un rumore strano nella zona ingresso della camera tipo gorgoglio non so se dipendeva dal bagno della stanza adiacente. Stop

“Spotlessly clean rooms that are ultra modern in the starkest of minimilist style. The well informed very efficient staff wear kahki uniforms and it felt to me that we were in a well run prison.
