We loved that our room was very large with a very comfortable king size bed, nice pillows, and a beautiful bathroom: white marble with a shower and tub. We also enjoyed having a balcony with the bistro table. Most importantly, the young ladies at the front desk were very friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. |

Very good value for money. Room was extremaly big, with 2 balconies, big flat TV, very nice bathroom with shower and separate bath. I do recomend this hotel. |

The beautiful surroundings and extremely helpful staff. My only complaint was that I had booked a delux tripple room but was contacted on the day we were due to arrive and asked if we would mind changing to a standard double room with an extra bed. I was assured there would be enough room but in fact, the three teenagers in this room were extremely cramped. I did not feel we were adequately compensated for this inconvenience. |

This is an excellent, really 4-star hotel with a nice swimming pool in the outskirst of a town close to Florence. The prices are really good compared to what is offered and to prices in Florence. Especially if you are travelling by car, this is a really good, inexpensive and very relaxing alternative. There is a very nice garden restaurant in the hotel, not very expensive, with creative (I think) cuisine, but be prepared for really small quantities on your plate! |

The hotel rooms were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. There was a good choice for breakfast. The hotel is well positioned and quiet with excellent views to the mountainds and Pistoia and with easy to access the autostrada The airconditionig system, which was most welcome, was very noisey when you were trying to sleep. The swimming pool and restaurant are run by seperate companies on behalf of the hotel. The swimming pool operates an apartied system whereby hotel guests are treated as second class citizens. The restaurant food is extremely poor and very over priced. I would not recommend the restaurant to anyone |

The hotel staff was very friendly, big free parking places next to the hotel. Nice hotel room with a terrace, swimming pool (was closed, we arrived to late and left to early in the morning). Great breakfast, all kinds of bread, fresh fruit, cheese, ham.... The hotel and the breakfast were very nice and tasty, but we arrived in the evening and wanted to have supper in the restaurant next to the hotel. The food probably would taste well - when you order a pricy meal (the restaurant is a bit expensive). My friend had just spaghetti/bolognese - didnt taste good. I had a salat, but that wasnt good either. The lettures were bitter and the tomatos were too big. I'm usually not picky about food, but that was poor - but better then nothing. |
