Villa Cicolina  

Amazing location, very friendly and efficient staff topped by delicious food made this a truly wonderful break. Could have stayed longer and can't wait to return there someday. Would recommend it without hesitation.

The position of the hotel and surroundings is idillic. The standard of the accommodation is high,and the staff attitude and attention creats a veryrelaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.The food in the restaurant is typically Tuscan. We stayed 5 days and were sorry to move on. Absolutley Fantastic. Can,t wait to return!

In a word, stunning. We loved Villa Cicolina and can't wait to return. This hotel is a gem and we hope it doesn't change one bit!

An incredible setting. Think about a glass of wine by a pool with a vanishing edge overlooking a beautiful valley surrounded by lush gardens. The restaraunt was so wonderful with great food and staff.

Fantastic place in Chianti. Villa Cicolina is a perfect place and location to discover it. It is close to Montepulciano and to Pienza (a most) and it is also not to far from lago Trasimeno and Perugia (1h).Villa Cicolina is full of charme. The garden is beautiful, the pool at the sunset offers breathtaking views on the Chianti. Also the dinner was delicious. The bedroom (first category) is large and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was very nice, with an antic bathtube from which we had beautiful views on the valleys. This place offers all the charme and athmosphere we were looking for. The value for money is excellent. We will definitely go back to Villa Cicolina.

I would think about the very deep and old stairs ... If someone has difficulties to walk, it would be recommended to ask for a room on the ground floor.

Very nice view. Good size room. Great hosts and staff. Very delicious tuscan dinner. Breakfast n dinner are superb.

Everything was outstanding.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were full of character and the grounds lovely and very well maintained. Breakfast was of a high quality. Kettles in bedrooms would also add a nice touch.

The evenning meal was quite expensive and the price did not match the quality. Speaking to other guests, they appeared to be of a similar view. I would recommend to reduce the price and provide more of a local, wholesome Tuscan menu which I am sure would attract more custom. We paid a reduced price for the stay which I thought was a fair price but would not have wanted to have paid the full rate.

O café da manhã é excelente, com geléias naturais preparadas no próprio hotel. A localização, embora um pouco afastada da cidade de Montepulciano, torna o lcoal do hotel bastante agradável. Rita de Cassia e Marcelo

O atendimento foi primoroso. A simpatia, cordialidade e prontidão do staff foi um diferencial pouco encontrado em outros hotéis, especialmente na Itália. O local é muito bonito e as instalações possuem bom nível de qualidade.

Esplêndido.... Um lugar especial, com vista para os campos da Toscana. Casa histórica, confortável, serviço de quarto impecável, café da manhã mais que completo, ampla área externa, tudo muito bem cuidado. E perto do centro da cidade. Imperdível. Vale o preço.
