Accoglienza cortese e fantastica collocazione nel verde. Molto curata.

La villa è raffinata ed elegante, curata in ogni dettaglio. Il giardino è bellissimo e la vista che si gode dall'ottima piscina e veramente bella. Lo staff è gentile, buona la cucina.... non so cosa volere di più.

Il giardino e' stupendo e curatissimo, la suite romantica e accogliente, la vista dalla piscina e' stupenda e il posto e' meraviglioso e rilassante

spledinda sistemazion estremante raffinata con una grande cura dei partcolari ed il massimo rispetto della struttura originaria. Personale estremamente gentile. Assolutamente consiglato per viaggi romantici o con poccolo gruppo di amici.

La struttura è bellissima, il personale molto cordiale, il luogo molto molto bello.

Soggiorno assolutamente perfetto! Camere pulitissime, staff cordiale e preparato, colazione ottima, giardino esterno molto curato e piscina semplicemente mozzafiato

La Villa e il suo intorno sono particolarmente suggestivi. Abbiamo soggiornato, in due diversi momenti, in due camere situate all'ultimo piano. Molto carina la camera Montefollonico, ma non quanto la stanza Cortona ,incantevole , con letto a baldacchino, travi in legno, vasca in vecchio stile, come tutto l'arredamento. Personale estramamente gentile e carino.

Posto incantevole

The most romantic, beautiful, quite and hospitable place a couple could hope for! The food was just as decadent. Just a short walk into town. Absolutely perfect

They could use a better cappachino machine...

Everything was perfect. We arrived at Villa Cicolina at 11pm after a 2- hour drive from Firenze, and received a warm welcome from the owner, who was there expecting us with two wonderfull plates of procciuttos, salamis and fresh peccorinos. The room was huge, charming, clean, and offered a 270 degree view to the fields and montains of Tuscany. The staff made us feel at home, very nice persons, very helpfull with everything and anything we needed. The property is amazing: less than 5 minutes to Montepulciano. The pool has an infinite view to the fields below and the sunset, among olive trees and herbs that grow in the garden naturally. Dinner at the hotel was also very good. Few tables, good wines and tasty food. Can't wait to go back there!

Very beautiful facility. Clean, cozy, romantic

It is stunning-and from our room we had the luminous Tuscan countryside from every window. The dinner option was also excellent Sitting by the enormous wood fire sipping proscecco was a treat.

It is about two km from the town and all up hill on a busy road. You can walk on a back road for part of it. And you can walk the main road but the cars are fast and close and scary. Taxis are not always available. The hotel staff offer rides.

It was a bit difficult to find

This small hotel is a beautiful location just outside the city Montepulciano - I directly thought of a honeymoon location when we arrived there and saw our room. Extraordinary is the lovely garden with infinity pool (great view in the countryside of Tuscany) and - the friendly and motivated staff!! To highlight is also the wonderful breakfast with a wide range of jam, honey and fruits - as well the "Cornetti" (= Croissants). We really would like to come back on day.

It was all wonderful. The staff was exceptionally helpful, the grounds were gorgeous, the rooms were comfortable and spacious and the atmosphere relaxing. It was close enough to walk to nearby Montepulciano but a car was needed for futher excursions.

Villa Cicolina is very beautiful, it is in amazing surroundings. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was an extremely relaxing and enjoyable time.

This was our second stay. We were disappointed about 2 things: Our favorite dining room waiter from two years ago was no longer working there and he was definatley a key part of our wonderful experience last time. Secondly, there was no wood in the fireplace room for us to build a fire. This was another key point to our enjoyment last time. And finally, even though we did not request it, we were given the outside apartment. We had this one last time as well. While it is lovely, there is way too much room for 2 people an it is not as convenient to the rest of the grounds. The worst part is the step up into the bathroom which we repeatedly triped on in the middle of the night. Because there are so many options in Tuscany, we would probably elect to elsewhere next time. However, had we not had our hopes up from the last visit, I would have probably rated this an 'A' experience.

The room was lovely as was the pool and surrounds. Dinner was excellent and all staff very friendly.

I never review places, but I am making a point of reviewing Villa Cicolina because it was THE most beautiful place. It was heaven on earth. The pool with the amazing view of rolling Tuscan hills, the tiny chapel surrounded in lavender with white butterflies, the gorgeous painted walls in the Villa, the quaint breakfast room, the beautiful setting for dinner - under the trees with fresh flowers and candle-light....everything was perfect.

Staff were not always so easy to find.

Everything was perfect, the hotel is idyllic, the room was large, the bed comfortable, the pool was relaxing with spectacular view and the staff was great. Special thanks to Alia, our helpful concierge. Also, the location was perfect for us, it was very close by car to Montepulciano historic center and in a strategic position to get other cities in Tuscany.

We found the staff very friendly and accommodating and we were very impressed with the grounds and the facilities. Each night we enjoyed dinner at the Villa, dining in the garden which was very romantic with candles and background music playing. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was really lovely. The infinity pool was a delight after a day of sightseeing and there were several outdoor areas where guests could have a bit of privacy to read etc.

The access to the carpark and the Villa was down a long driveway and didn't give a good first impression of the Villa, in my opinion.
