Note: – Parties or events not allowed. – Boats for rent or boat places for your own boat in a nearby nautical club: contact us for more info – A walking path passes by next to the villa enticing you to take a panoramic walk (not suitable for people with walking difficulties!) along the lake to the lakeside area and beach of Ispra. – Villa Cinderella 5 BEDROOMS 10 PAX – Booking of the main villa with 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people. The apartment would not then be accessible or rented out. – Villa Cinderella 7 BEDROOMS 14 PAX – Booking of the villa and apartment with a total of 7 bedrooms for up to 14 people. VILLA CINDERELLA: Magical villa with sunny lawn perched directly on the water's edge in Ispra at Lake Maggiore. A fabulous lakeside retreat, this holiday villa (600 m²) sleeps up to 10 (or optionally 13 people): - On the ground floor is a spacious and bright living room thanks to the large window overlooking the lake with cosy sofas and fireplace, TV and piano. Dining room with table seating 14 people. Separate kitchen. Study room. Toilet. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. - Leading up the wooden spiral stairs to the first floor you’ll find 4 ensuite bedrooms (two double and two twin): master bedroom with double bed and access to a lakeview balcony, bedroom with double bed and access to the lakeview balcony, two bedrooms with 2 single beds on each side of the villa with garden views.
