Clean, well-equipped, modern decor but not fancy. Perfectly adequate for our short stay. It would have been very helpful to get specific walking directions to the hotel following our reservation. We knew how to get from the train station to the waterbus stop, but had to ask several people before we could find the hotel.

We stayed here as a family of five, 2 teenage boys and our 8 year old daughter. Brilliant place to stay, Immaculate and clean, welcoming and constantly friendly staff, and always helpful. The breakfast is great, and plenty to choose from. We had two rooms, one with a nice balcony, and there is an outside area to sit, with drinks from the bar, We visited in November,so never got to enjoy the outside facility, as a bit chilly, but it was all still available. Grea location, 5 mins to the beach ! and a lovely short walk past the shops and cafes to the water bus, plenty of eating places near by,,,cheaper than over in venice to eat, and very Italian. If it meats the budget arrive by water taxi, its amazing......great place to stay,,,,just lovely..... Nothing,,,it,s perfect,,,,

Hotel Villa Cipro is situated in a comfortable place in the center of Lido, not far from the boat stop and beach. We'll offer it to all our friends because it's clean, warm with excellent rich breakfast. But the thing that we'll never forget about our stay in the villa is the friendly relations between the staff and the guests, the smiles on their faces.

The locaction was nicely positioned between the beach and transport to the mainland. The facilities were good, room clean and appropriately sized and breakfasts more than sufficient.

They let us take breakfast to our room because our daughter was still asleep. They also helped us to find our next hotel and ordered a taxi from the airport too. I really wished we could stay there longer.

The location in Lido di Venezia was excellent - 15 minutes to St. Mark's square on a vaporetto and 5 minutes by foot to the the free beach. The staff was helpful and kind. The bathroom was smallish and there was no shower curtain so the floor was wet all the time after washing. We saw also a couple of spiders in the hotel - one in the breakfast room and one in our bathroom.

Free parking possibility. Very centered and at the same time quite location on lido. Room was not clean when entering on the first day. But after talking to receptionist on the next day it was clearly improved. Breakfast room ist very sad, downstairs and with sound of washingmachine from kitchen and toilet-flushing from cleaning-room. Coffee as weak as in a hospital (filter probably used twice).

The hotel was very well located. Only a 5 mins walk to the taxi boat to Venice. But it also had it own restaurants and shops, if you wanted to avoid the Venice crazyness.

I liked the location very much and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the coffee to die for! I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family and indeed have already done so..Mary Valerio liverpool The room was not really warm enough; although the weather was unusually cold.

Buona posizione vicino ai traghetti,silenzioso,con piccolo parcheggio, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Colazione un po" scarsa(alle 9 erano già finite le brioches), stanza piccola- un lato del letto matr.era senza comodino per mancanza di spazio.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Sowohl ins Zentrum als auch zum Meer nur wenige Schritte. Saubere, große Zimmer. Liebloser Frühstücksraum mit fleckigen, ungustiösen Sesseln. Keine deutschsprachigen Fernsehprogramme. Glatte Handtücher (kein Frottee), die aus dem vorigen Jahrtausend stammen dürften. Saugen überhaupt nicht und sind sehr unangenehm. Unserer Bitte, diese auszutauschen, wurde nicht nachgekommen. Das ist auch der Grund, warum wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen werden.

Wij bestelden een driepersoonskamer en kregen een tweepersoonskamer met sofabed..veel te klein voor drie volwassen personen. Het ontbijt was tot tien uur maar om half tien waren er al geen broodjes meer, geen verse producten, behalve wat fruit dat al serieus overtijd was... Wijde vierde nacht waen we maar met z'n tweeën, was ook zo vermeld op bestelling en toch moesten we de volle vier nachten voor drie personen betalen

Un petit plus, on peut prendre un café ou un verre au bar de la réception de l'hôtel. En ce qui concerne notre chambre, une odeur d'égout assez forte émane de la salle de bain et se répend dans la chambre ce qui à chaque arrivée vous prend au nez.
