Old style house built in 1700. Very clean and organised. Wifi was not working 2 days when I stayed in this hotel. I informed the stuff but problem was not fixed. May be because I stayed Jan 1 , 2013. Hard to find someone to fix the internet New year day

The Villa Condulmer is a magnificent building set in very nice gardens. We only stayed one night as it was convenient for the motorway and an early flight from Treviso airport. We booked a budget room in a 'minimalistic' barn, and to get ready for our flight we needed to shower at 6 am - it took 20 minutes for the hot water to come out of the shower head. No other option for eating other than their gourmet restaurant - otherwise it means driving into Mogliano Veneto - which has some great eating options.

Villa Condulmer is equivalent with total relaxation. The pool area is quiet, clean and vey well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff was very attentive. The hotel lobby is just beautiful in its whole interior. The room was nice and spacious. It was a suite with one bedroom and we had two extra beds in the living room without having to give up space at all. And the extra beds were real beds of a normal size, which is hard to find. The hotel is placed in a park, which is nice. And it was used for photo shooting, while we there, which tells a little bit about the ambiente there. Close to Venice, just take the train from the train station. A travel of 40-45 minutes in all. Without a car you're lost at the Villa Condulmer, so if you don't have one, rent one - ;-).

Room (suita), swimming pool (free of charge for quests), personal - you do not see them but if you need them they are immediately ready, everythink is clear and pure. Swimming pool is open for public (but during our staying here there were maximum 6 people from non hotel quests).

The pool area. It is no way near a five star hotel as stated. The restaurant is poor. The staff spoke poor english. No help for a trip to Venice - we are out of maps! Lots of ants in the bathroom!

The water quality of the pool! This is an old glory that is in dire need of a major refit! The rooms are worn down, the building itself needs a total restoration. Service is old fashioned and so lame and slow, it overshadowed everything even the good quality of the food. The standard rooms are a punishment or a way to force you to upgrade at 60€ per night. Beware of room 122!

Location, pleasant surrounding, beautiful estate. Train is 5 minutes by car to get to Venice in 20 minutes. No iron is available. No internal pool or gym - but it is ok. It is a villa after all and not a new hotel.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. La struttura è molto bella. E in mezzo al verde. Il ristorante annesso è di ottimo livello (e con prezzi accettabili)

La villa è un luogo fantastico, e le suite godono di ingresso e parcheggio privato, l'ambiente è quasi da cottage. Il personale è disponibile a soddisfare le richieste più svariate. Il prezzo è un po elevato per lo standard offerto: la camera non è enorme e il bagno è decisamente da ristrutturare

La Villa è molto bella e anche il giardino. La struttura è un po' vecchia, il letto era troppo molle, la colazione non era degna di un 5 stelle, non è presente la connesione wi-fi e il personale non si è mostrato molto gentile

Zentrale Lage zu Venedig (Zugverbindung) und Treviso Das Hotel macht insgesamt den Eindruck von dringendem Bedarf nach Renovierung !!!!!!!!! Schade eigentlich, denn die Bausubstanz würde einiges hergeben. Das NEIN zur Weiterempfehlung bezieht sich auf genau diesen Umstand. Leider !!!!!!!

L'atmosfera di antica nobilta' di campagna ( erano le ville di soggiorno estivo dei nobili veneziani), il parco secolare immenso, ora parzialmente campo di golf. La colazione non è all'altezza di un cinque stelle: molto scarsa, essenziale, con vasetti di yogurt anonimi e pochissima varieta' !!!!!!!! Che brutto inizio di giornata!
