Although we had difficulties on our trip due to the air-strike. The hotel worked hard to look after us. Upgrading us to the executive suite, providing iron and phone chargers for us. The staff were amazing and helped as much as they could. The breakfast had a variety of food including fresh fruits. The bed was massive and super comfy.

The rooms are 100% clean and really cosy with TV and air condition. Private parking, really cool backyard, sweet and tasty breakfast, those are just few of many positive features. They help a lot with a meticulous presentation of the soroundings and nice places to visit in Verona, Venice and Garda Lake. The position of the accomodation is wonderful, “zen”, with a great view and the breakfast was good and various but the most impressed we were about the hosts! They are extraordinary people! There is only very small notice on the booking on last page about the closed pool. All other information offers the pool as the important facility. When we got the info the pool is closed, I asked Booking to cancel the reservation, but the owner charged me 50% of the booking. I feel this as a fraud. Avoid this hotel.
