The big balcony with a view of the park is great. Food at the restaurant is good. Location. If you want to take a bus from/to the central station you'll probably have to wait a long time for it to come. |

hotel itself was very nice, rooms were a good size and standard, and view from sew view window was lovely. staff were helpful, although one or two of them need to learn how to smile. not the double bed that was requested, and it was impossible to push the 2 singles together properly, room was close to reception and as a result you heard all of related noise, hotels location although perfect for our needs, would not be suitable for most as is a couple miles from centre of palermo. |

A qualidade do cafe da manha. Apesar da divulgaçao da pagina como sendo de vista para o mar, e um hotel a beira-mar, mas sem vista para o mar, numa regiao sem acesso a praias e distante do centro historico. Climatizadores nao funcionam, excesso de ruidos na parte da manha por motivo de reforma e conversas de funcionarios, e a noite por estrutura hidraulica. |

The staff are very kindly and helpfull. They speak english, someone better than others. The food in restaurant was very good and the service too. The room was very good, good view to the sea and a good size. The breakfast could be better. The coffee was cold 3 of 7 days. The bar must be oppened longer in the evening and chairs in the bar will also be good. The hotel is so far away from the city centre, ca. 4 km. |

No se corresponden las fotografias con la realidad del hotel. El personal bastante antipático. No se podía acceder a nuestra habitación en ascensor y tuvimos que hacerlo andando y cargar con las maletas sin que nos ayudaran. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Está lejos de la playa y del centro. El desayuno bastante pobre. |
