The location is central, so a good base, and there are plenty of restaurants and gift shops nearby. Villa D'este gardens is literally next door. Getting to Rome is easy by bus from the piazza or train station which is a 15 minute walk away. The breakfast is fabulous, a selection of cereals, yogurts, cheese, pastries, bread, tea/coffee, juice and delicious homemade jam. Some reviews mentioned noise levels, but we all slept really well and wasn't disturbed, maybe due to our room being at the back, and not high season? We had the family room. Rooms were tidied everyday during our stay. Fabio is very friendly, and made us feel welcome, and he would introduce new guests to each other at breakfast time. Checking in and out no problems. If we visit Tivoli again we would definitely come back to this bed and breakfast.
