Beautiful location with great views over Umbrian countryside, great service, very friendly staff, spacious rooms. Excellent value.

Walk to city is a bit uphill but close. Breakfast was good but would have liked more fruit.

The hotel is only a few years old and is very well arranged with everything you need in a clean, comfortable room. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about local sights and transportation. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again and try out the jacuzzi!

The B&B Villa Degli Ulivi was our favorite B&B in Itlaly. It was impeccably clean, had beautiful views and the owner was very accommodating. We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone traveling to Orvieto. We really loved it!

Breakfast had a limited selection!

Spacious room with balcony and lovely views of the countryside and mountains. Daniele and staff were very welcoming with suggestions of places to visit, even giving us a lift to the railway station. Room was very clean with lots of towels and toiletries and a comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

The complete staff were always helpful !!! Offers of rides into town, answering all our questions and helping with our travel plans and giving us ideas we hadn' t thought about. Everything was superb! We will return again!!!

Not a thing!!!!!!

The location was perfect as you could walk into town in 10 minutes yet you felt miles away. Our host came and picked us up from the train station and brought us back the next day. All together a lovely experience!!

Wonderful, accommodating staff who truly wanted our stay to be memorable. We traveled by car, but when we mentioned we would love to come back they said they would be happy to pick us up from the train station if we decided not to drive. Lovely room, with a gorgeous view of the Tuscan countryside right next to the walled city of Orvieto.

Fabulous room, large, comfortable bed, very clean. Hosts friendly and helpful ( even gave us a lift to town in the rain ) and perfectly located to visit Orvieto. Fairly steep walk into town, but very easy. Great views and easy parking, Good breakfast? Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Villa Degli Ulivi was faultless!!

The best place to stay in Orvieto. You will love the owners of the B&B, the place , the breakfast and most importantly you will feel that they want to take good care of you from the moment you arrive.

Orvieto was a wonderful hillside town and staying here was very comfortable especially if you are driving as there is a carpark. Danielle and his wife are excellent hosts and the trip they suggested to civita di Bagnoregio was the highlight.

Steep walk to town

What did I like? Everything! From start to end. I can't say enough to describe how comfortable and satisfied I was during my stay. I wish I reserved two nights instead of one! First of all, all the staff was super nice and helpful, and Daniele went out of his way to pick me up at the station and gave me a little tour around Orvieto and around b & b to ensure that I know how to get around. He even offered to drop me off at the restaurant where I was planning to go for dinner (I ended up not going however). The room was very clean and the breakfast was so delicious. And the view was breathtaking. Before arriving, I was not unsure about the distance from the center (on the map it looked far from the center)... Even without using the escalator which takes us to the center, the b & b is pretty close. I highly recommend this b & b!!

The owner Daniele was fantastic. He collected us from the train. He drove us to restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were excellent and the B&B is very well located to see the city

no issues or problems

Lovely, spacious, quiet and located just below the walls of Orvieto. Daniele, the owner went out of his way to pick us up/drop us off at the train, drive us to catch a bus, and was willing to drive us up the hill to the entrance of the town at any time. Breakfast was exceptional and we felt very welcome. Daniele provided us with a map, restaurant recommendations, and helped in finding our way around.

We were there in February when temperatures were just above freezing at night. The room was a little chilly, perhaps because the heater is located just under the thermostat. Other than that, no complaints!

Totally renovated and clean. Host was wonderful and attentive. We were in Italy for 20 days and this was our favorite as far as value and service. Highly recommend staying here.

The B&B is new and very comfortable and has a very great view over the valley. Room and bathroom are also very nice. The owner provides service of free transport to and from the train station of Orvieto compensates the fact that its location not fantastic for travellers with public transport.

Not a walkable distance away from train station.

First of all, is the unforgettable super friendly personal attitude by the owenr. As soon as we arrived (after bathing in Saturnia sulphur hot springs) he offered us a good espresso (oth) and went out of his way to help us, he even took us (by his car) to the city center. The hotel is right next to the old town (300m) and the room is large, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended !!! Gilat & Yaron Raski Rosh Pinna Israel
