Very friendly reception (also Dutch speaking) and friendly owner. Nice breakfast on the terrace. Rooms and bathroom are large and clean. Swimming pool, although a bit fresh. Free Wifi which works OK in the rooms, the reception area and on the terrace. Small hotel bar with reasonable prices, which remains open till late at night. Easy car parking. Difficult to find something negative. Maybe the fact that there is no restaurant in house, but if you whish, they will order a pizza for you which you can eat in their premises. In the winter or rain, one might find the fact that you have to walk a few meters outside between the bedroom building and the main building negative (like in a motel); in the summer this is actually very positive.

This wonderful place gets everything just right! Friendly and unfussy owner and staff could not have done more for us. Food at breakfast superb, and two nearby restaurants also great for dinner. Our air -conditioned attic room was spacious, comfortable and charming, with a huge bathroom. The pool is gorgeous, and swimming with the distant sound of church bells a real treat. This is the perfect setting in which to relax and rest. Highly recommended! Thanks for a lovely few days.

Der Empfang bei der Anreise war ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Frühstücksbüffet ist in seiner Auswahl und Präsentation sehr ansprechend. Vom Personal wird man als Gast sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend betreut. Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Rand eines Vorortes von Oderzo. Dadurch ist man schnell auf den Landstraßen, die einem zu den Ausflugszielen in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung bringen. Andererseits liegt die Villa noch nah genug, um zu Fuß in das historische Zentrum von Oderzo zu gehen. Die Leihfahrräder haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Wir waren im Hochsommer in der Villa dei Carpini und haben uns in der heißen Zeit des Tages auf unser Zimmer zurückgezogen. Gerne hätten wir den Balkon davor zum Lesen genutzt, durch den fehlenden Sonnenschutz war es jedoch fast unmöglich. Auch am schön angelegten Pool wäre mehr Sonnenschutz wünschenswert.

ausgezeichnetes Frühstück (kein wässriger Filterkaffee), schöne Zimmer, ruhige Lage, toller gepflegter Swimmingpool, Stadtnähe, freundliches Personal, interessante deutsche Ausflugsbroschüren; Erholung pur! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Hartelijk en persoonlijk onthaal en service in een heel knap gerestaureerd en gezellige bastide. Goed gelegen, prachtige omgeving.Heel verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt.Heel proper onderhouden zwembad. Spijtig dat het zwembad 's avonds na 8 u niet meer kon gebruikt worden. Kamers worden goed onderhouden maar lakens mochten wel halverwege de week ververst worden. Vervelend dat men 's morgens om 7.30u al 'gewekt' werd door het kuisen van de kamers.

La camera spaziosa e silenziosa. La colazione varia e curata. Il contesto dell'edificio. Meglio se non ci fosse la moquette in camera. La TV era molto superata ed i tessuti di arredo davano un aspetto un po vecchio.

Die überaus höfliche Mannschaft, der blitzsaubere Pool, dass Drinks an den Pool serviert werden, der prachtvolle Garten mit den schönen Blumen und den zwitschernden Vögeln, die Möglichkeit zwischendurch in Ruhen zu arbeiten, das exzellente Frühstücksbuffet.
