L'hotel non è immerso nel verde come descritto, ma è direttamente sulla statale a quattro corsie, trafficatissima. I commenti dei precedenti ospiti non sono francamente condivisibili. Camera piccola, bagno non degno, lenzuola con buchi e sporche. Colazione povera. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo chiesto di cancellare le due notti successive e nonostante la conferma di booking della cancellazione hanno preteso 50,00 € per "spese di commissione". Al rientro dalla cena, il portiere di notte prima di aprirci il cancello, ci ha lasciato fuori ad attendere per 15 lunghissimi minuti nonostante avessimo lungamente suonato il campanello e avessimo chiamato l'hotel via telefono! Un incubo.

A causa di uno spiacevole contrattempo, sono arrivato in albergo soltanto alle due e trenta del mattino. Ad accogliermi c'era un signore molto gentile che non mi ha fatto pesare il lungo ritardo, anzi mi ha chiesto se avessi bisogno di qualcosa. La camera era molto confortevole. La colazione ottima. L'albergo è molto pulito e il personale è gentilissimo. Una dipendente gentile e molto graziosa mi ha consigliato un ristorante per la cena; sono andato e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Monopoli è una cittadina gradevole e pulitissima. L'unico neo è la vicinanza alla strada statale, ma con le finestre chiuse e l'aria condizionata (regolabile) si dorme benissimo.

Alte Landhausvilla, schöne Ausstattung. Man kommt sich nicht wie im Hotel vor- eher wie Urlaub im Landsitz von Freunden. Das Personal spricht nur italienisch- Verständigung daher für nicht ital. sprechende Menschen etwas schwierig

L'accueil est chaleureux et se fait en allemand par la propriétaire des lieux. L'hôtel est très beau avec un jardin ravissant et les chambres sont confortables Il est positionné entre la ville de Monopoly et la plage. L'hôtel est mal indiqué et au pied de la grande route. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas formidable.

L'infrastructure de l'hotel était très interessnte. La proximité de la ville de Monopoli, seulement à 10 minutes. Pas de soucis pour garer la voiture, ils ont un parking gratuit.Les chambres sont sympas et propres. L'insonorisation.On entend les voisins et les gents qui passent dans le hall. Les lits grincent à peine on bouge. Le petit déjeuner est un peu pauvre.

Ottima posizione a pochissimi chilometri dalle spiagge di Capitolo (Monopoli) e punto di partenza ideale per visitare alcuni straordinari paesini della zona: Polignano, Cisternino, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, ecc.... Sarebbe perfetto con la connessione wirless. Colazione sufficiente ma non all'altezza della location che è molto valida.
