The location was very good. The hotel is on the countryside surrounded by a forest and the view is wonderful. It would be ideal for a summer vacation, as someone could also enjoy the outdoor pool. The breakfast was delicious but with not many options. Don't even think about it if you are going without a car or motorbike. The hotel is on the top of a hill and there is no way you can reach it on foot. It is also a relatively long way from the city of Florence (about 30 minutes by car or bus) and the bus service of the city is not to rely on. Also, our towels and bed sheets were not even changed once during our 1 week stay...

The staff were super helpful getting me from airport to car rental. They deserve the best of ratings. The hotel restaurant was excellent too! I wish I had planned better and stayed longer.

It is a nice hotel next to Malpensa Airport. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was very good. I think it is a good place to stay if you want to be next to the airport.

there was free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport , which was the best part. I needed to take the printout for my flight ticket , hotel provided me with computer and printer and didn't charge me for the printout. Breakfast was also very nice The main reason i booked this hotel was because it is close to the airport and provided free shuttle service. I needed a place to sleep however hotel staff gave me room close to lobby and it was noisy the whole time , eventually i kept falling in and out of sleep, the internet had bad connectivity as well.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above the average in Italy. This place is very isolated, the shuttle to the airport needs advance reservation as it does not have a regular schedule. Not to much to do around this place, and prices are not cheap.

We stayed overnight on New Year's Day because we were flying out of Malpensa the next day. The hotel's restaurant had changed hands and was not open that day for dinner, but the manager arranged for free transportation for us to an open restaurant in the village. It was an excellent choice of restaurant and the hotel could not have been more gracious and accommodating to our family. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to stay overnight near Malpensa. It's quiet yet close and transit to and from the airport is responsive.and only 10 minutes away.
