Everything was brilliant. The hosts were lovely and very hospitable. We arrived late and Fabrizio met us down at the gate. The room was lovely and immaculately clean. The grounds and views are divine. Denise made an excellent breakfast, freshly made cakes, biscuits, croissants, pancakes, fresh strawberries......too much to mention. Also, excellent freshly made omelette. It was lovely to sit outside and eat breakfast overlooking Mount Vesuvius. There is a bus to the train station 700m from hotel where you can take the train to Naples, Sorrento, Pompei etc. The buses and trains are very reasonably priced.

Such a beautiful place. Fabrizio, Denise and Papa were perfect hosts. The view is stunning and if you are looking for peace and quiet this is it. Room was comfortable and cleaner came everyday if you needed. Breakfast was great. So attentive and helpful.

Everything was unique! The villa is gorgeous, the food and especially the breakfast omelette was the best omelette I have ever had. Fabrizio and his parents made our vacation perfect! Everything was perfect. We stayed 3 nights at the end of our honeymoon and we couldn't have chosen a more beautiful, relaxing place. The family were so welcoming and friendly, they helped us feel so comfortable. The breakfasts were superb, delicious home made omelettes and cakes especially and the kettle in the room was welcome. We had dinner there on our last night and the pasta and gnocchi and desserts were exceptional. Incredible home that you feel privileged to have felt welcomed into. The pool and terraces were also perfect, with stunning views of the Bay of Naples.

This was a marvellous stay. Villa Denise is attractive, very comfortable, well-organised & clean. Fabrizio, Denise & Papa make you feel very much at home & are very willing to help or give advice when it is needed. Breakfast is served on a patio with a great view, the choice is comprehensive & healthy. Evening meals are available and although the menu is limited, the food is simple, local & very satisfying. The rooms are very well appointed, the bed was nice & comfortable. The pool area was great. Look out for the banana & avocado trees in the gardens Fabrizio organised two excursions for us, one to Amalfi & the other to Capri. Both were well-organised, with only ten or so people & lunch, snacks & a drink or two included.

A fantastic property in a beautiful location. Fabrizio, Giorgio and Denise are wonderfully attentive hosts. They are very welcoming and make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. You can request an evening meal at breakfast and these are very tasty homemade meals made by Denise. The free breakfasts are continental in style with choice from cold meat & cheese, fruit & yoghurt, cereals, croissants and home made pastries, cake & omelettes. Really set you well for a day exploring Campanula. Finally, the views from Villa Denise are breathtaking. It sits opposite Vesuvius on the bay on Naples. You can’t beat sitting watching the Sun go down on the terrace with a Limoncello Spritz.

We had the pleasure of staying in Villa Denise, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived they made us feel comfortable about our stay. Clean rooms and services, breakfast was really great quality and many of choices to choose between savoury and sweets. Location was good and quiet place to relax, with amazing view. the family were so welcoming and hospitable! Although it sounded complicated to reach, the directions made sense when we arrived and we were met from the bus stop so we didn’t have to carry cases. the breakfast was amazing and Denise was a fantastic cook. there were plenty of different areas to sit and enjoy the breathtaking views at the property and it was easy to travel to Pompeii and Sorrento for day trips.
